At first I had a hard time finding a reliable roofing company, but Kodiak roofing came in the clutch! By far the best roofing company in the business. Great customer service! Very professional and friendly employee, made the whole process easy! Had the pleasure in getting Mariel on the line, I made sure I got her name because she was very pleasant and answered all of my questions in a professional manner! Great for business!

Hands down, the best commercial roofing company I've had the pleasure of hiring. From the initial call to the office staff, to the work done, the follow-up photos afterwards, the time they take to explain what needs to be done and answer all of my questions, I've been a very pleased customer for many years. Very much appreciate all the time and energy this local company takes to give the best service each time.

Cut cooling costs from the top down. If your building runs hot in the summer, your roof may be part of the problem. Reflective roof coatings can help reduce rooftop temperatures, lower AC demand, and improve energy performance without the disruption of a full roof replacement. Kodiak Roofing & Waterproofing helps facilities determine whether a cool roof coating is the right fit for their building.
