Very reasonable price for my townhouse in the northeast of Tallahassee. I got a complete roof replacement and was able to get on their schedule without too long of a wait. They cleaned up extremely well after the work was done and were very professional.

We have a metal roof that started developing some leaks. Jason and his sons came out and did a great job of sealing all of the seams and bolt penetrations at a very reasonable price. Love the family business aspect and quick, professional job. Jason also recently helped a neighbor with a small leak. I will definitely call Jason when the rest of the roof needs replaced.

In the last two months I have had Koch Brothers Roofing do the third roof and first repair (we bought a new house right after they reroofed our old house and there was a leak at the new house) for us. They have been on time, professional, easy to work with, and reasonably priced every time for us. I recommend them to everyone who will listen and will continue to. As a small example of the above-and-beyond service they have always provided for me and my family, Richie came by to grab a check the other day and caught us in the middle of trying to move a gun safe inside. He didnt hesitate—jumped right in to help. He didn’t have to do that, not by a long shot. But these are some of the most customer service oriented folks I have ever encountered. I cannot proffer a higher recommendation for a roofing company. Thanks guys!

Koch Brothers Roofing has now done multiple re-roofs for me, and they’re now my go-to for roofing work. Jason has been great to deal with every time — responsive, straightforward about scope and pricing, and the crews get the job done right. No surprises, no chasing anyone down for updates. These guys are the real deal if you need a roofer you can trust to show up and do quality work.

As a custom home builder, we’ve worked with many roofing contractors over the years, and Koch Bros Roofing is one of the best. They handle the roofing installations on our homes, and their workmanship and service are consistently outstanding. The team at Koch Bros Roofing is professional, dependable, and easy to work with. They communicate well, show up when scheduled, and consistently deliver a quality finished product. If you’re looking for a roofing contractor, I highly recommend Koch Bros Roofing.

Koch Brothers Roofing replaced the roof on my mother’s home and it looked fantastic when they finished! Richy made some great suggestions which we went with and we were very pleased with the outcome. We also felt like their pricing was reasonable, honest, and fair. They cleaned up the area and left nothing behind. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others!
