CAUTION: Saw him on channel 3 with Scot Haney and he boosted on how good he was. I scheduled an appt for early Saturday morning and then I verified his license as well as the Better Business Bureau (which he’s NOT registered with) AND Consumer Protection. Come to find out he’s got 7 COMPLAINTS against him. Then someone alerted me that he’s good for “no call, no show”. I figured I’d give him the benefit of the doubt and still kept my appointment. We only communicated through texts and then he GHOSTED ME. I figured maybe he’s busy. Well the day of our appt, he was a NO CALL, NO SHOW!!!! My only morning to sleep in. I was not a happy potential customer. He even chose the date and time! I reached out to him to see if he was running late and he said he put in the wrong date for our appt! He’s the one that chose the date!! So this just confirmed with the complaints and warnings about him. I Hired another roofer and I’m Very happy. The other company was top notch service and they always kept in touch with me. We are seniors and we always check out anyone we hire. CAUTION: Always check with the BBB and Consumer Protection BEFORE hiring anyone. We actually found our roofer on Angi and they had a A+ with the BBB AND no violations/complaints against them. I would NOT hire this guy.

Our story starts here: we had a badly leaking roof. I called Kyle in a panic one of the most terrible rain storms CT has seen in a long while. Kyle immediately sent his crew over to our home and tarped out our badly leaking areas. It poured …

Getting a new roof was a comfortable experience, from inspection, to advice, proposal, and installation. Kyle is very knowledgeable and answered all my concerns. They use quality materials and have a hard working team. Communications were texted including photos of progress during the installation. I was happy with the results and recommend KM&M Roofing.

The workers were on-time and replaced the roof on house and attached garage in one day. Since no plywood was used in prior roof replacement(s), that was added. The workers were very pleasant and answered all qiestions. I highly recommend KM&M Roofing LLC from Newington, CT for any roofing project one needs.

Kyle’s crew replaced my shed roof. Three crew members worked together like a well oiled machine. They also replaced plywood, because of water damage. I watched as each step described in the contract was completed as promised. I would highly recommend them for their workmanship, cleanliness, and professionalism.
