  I originally left a 5 star review but it’s been 2 years and the issue in my roof has persisted. When I asked if someone could come out bc it’s less than 2 years old I told shortly someone would come out and hung up on. SURPRISE, they never did.

  We had Tom Pirigyi with Klaus Roofing Systems of Upstate NY come and do two estimates for us at the end of August 2025. The porch roof repairs deposit was $250 (Total $500). The gutters repairs deposit was $800 (Total $1600). The crew dug holes in the property on November but did not come back to complete any work related to the roof or gutters repairs. They took the headboard of a bed frame that was in the trash to cover the hole. I let Klaus Roofing know that the headboard is slippery when wet and a safety hazard. They keep providing a date but their workers do not show up on any scheduled dates. First, all calls and text coordination was with Lexi. After talking to Nina, the owner, on 12/22/2025 now they are not responsive. The promised to cover the hole with plywood instead but they did not. They said they will call Monday, 12/29 to provide us with a date but they did not call back. Now, they do not pick up the phone nor respond to text messages. I just requested a refund for $1050. Please refund our $1050 deposit as soon as possible.

  Needed to send estimate 2 or 3 times because a huge gaping hole in soffit and facia was omited a whopping $400 to paint a piece of wood.(on top of a $25k that magically became $26k upon multiple rewrites) RUN AWAY from this overpriced nonsense. Owner is probably related to Haas of Orange roofing / Crisfulli home services RUN AWAY

  I called for an estimate I was told someone could come the day I called between 10:30 and 11:00. No one showed so I waited until 12:00 and still no one showed nor called so I called and was told he was held up and would be there by 2:00 and I told Nina that I had to leave for an errand at 4:30 and I was told she would make sure he arrived before 4:30. No one showed and again no one called. Terrible unprofessional business.

  This “Company” is not to be confused with KLAUSLARSEN ROOFING OF HUDSON VALLEY. I made the mistake of calling this Klaus Roofing and spoke with a rather rude receptionist.
