I used these guys to fix my roof on my barn a few weeks ago. Eric came out for my estimate and I found him to be very knowledgeable, personable and professional. They had my roof fixed within a couple days. I could not recommend kirks 5 star roofing enough. Thanks for the great experience

We got a roof quote to both repair or replace with no pressure to do either. Kip was very professional and knowledgeable when coming to do our quote. Great quality team who did our repairs. 100% recommend!!

Kirk and his crew put a new roof on my home last fall and WOW, what a great job the did. They were very informative of what every step would look like and what to expect during the replacement process. We are 100% happy with the professional, no pressure approach they take when we were looking for a roof replacement. If you need a new roof or even a repair, DO NOT HESITATE to give them a call.

❓ Do I Need a New Roof or Just Repairs? One of the most common questions we hear is, "Can we just fix this, or do I need to replace the whole roof?" It's a fair question—roof replacement is a big investment. Here's what we look at: Repairs might be enough if: - Damage is isolated to one area - The rest of your roof is in good condition - Your roof is relatively young (under 15-20 years for asphalt, longer for steel or membrane systems) - You're dealing with missing shingles, flashing issues, or a small leak You probably need replacement if: - Multiple leaks or widespread damage across different areas - Your roof is nearing the end of its lifespan - Shingles are curling, blistering, or missing in patches - Previous repairs have been temporary fixes stacked on top of each other - Storm or weather damage affects large sections The reality? It depends on your specific roof type, age, and the extent of the damage. An asphalt roof showing signs of wear might need replacement, while a steel roof with localized damage could be a quick fix. The best way to know for sure is a professional assessment. Give us a call and speak with our owner—they can evaluate your situation and give you a comprehensive answer on whether repair or replacement makes sense for your home and budget.
