  We had water leaking in the basement. They supposedly fixed the roof for $350 but the leak persisted. When we contacted them we were told it was a new problem and will be a new charge of $350. Whereas it was the same leak and it was not fixed properly. Rather they made it worse.

  Purchased my house in October 2021 and an inspector advised we fix the roof as soon as possible. As we are new to the area we were suggested this business on google. It was completed by King Street roofing before we fully moved in December 2021. Now, two years later we are having leaking in the upstairs bedroom. My husband went on the roof to see that the flat roof portion wasn’t sealed on the edge and water leaks in when it rains. I called and left a voicemail December 7th 2023 and no returned call, called again later that evening and was told they didn’t receive the voicemail and to send my information via text with pictures so they could look up the file. I was advised on that call that someone would call back to arrange when the roof would be fixed one the information was received and now two weeks later I still haven’t heard back. No confirmation of my messaged we’re received or that they found the file or that they’d send someone. The ceiling now needs to be cut out because of all of the rain and instillation has to be replaced as I can imagine mold is going to grow soon if not already. This is my baby’s room. Aren’t new roofs supposed to last 10 years? Regardless the service job and customer service is poor because this will cost me more money to fix and now I have to find someone else to fix my roof. I would give 0 stars if I could.

  Called booked an appointment... no show, receptionist did not even record my address. Rescheduled again no show, I called and complained and she hung up on me.... really not impressed. I realize it is a busy time but the unprofessionalism and unresponsiveness is extreme. She seemed to think that apoligizing was enough and the customer cannot voice concerns. I'm very disappointed. Worked with them before but cannot again.

  Buddy needs to learn how to drive. Especially with the trailer. Cutting off numerous people and weaving in and out of traffic..

  TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I BOOKED A SITE VISIT FOR A REPAIR TO MY ROOF, I CONFIRMED WITH THEM A DAY BEFORE THE SCHEDULED TIME. TOOK THE DAY OFF TO ACCOMMODATE THEM, NO ONE CAME, NO PHONE CALLS. APPARENTLY THEY ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN NEW INSTALLATIONS. I WILL TELL MY NEIGHBOURS AND FRIENDS IN DURHAM NOT TO USE THEM. I ALSO WILL TELL MY BUSINESS CONNECTIONS TO NOT USE THEM. THE WORST ROOFING COMPANY IN DURHAM.

  Neighbours used King Streer Roofing, loud vulgarity in the afternoon and I was outside with a young child. When I looked over, one man just waved at me and continued shouting. Also, they were throwing items off the roof onto the sidewalk. It was unsafe and unprofessional. However, the roof does look good now.

  At a time when more often than not you hire a contractor and either they do a half *** job, they don't stand behind their workmanship or they just simply don't show up none of those can be said about Frank and his team at King Street …

  We had an exceptional experience with King Street Roofing. From the initial consultation to the final inspection, their team displayed professionalism, efficiency, and a commitment to quality.   We just had our roof replaced by king street roofing. From the professional quote with all the required information to the completed work it was an excellent experience. I have never seen a harder working group of workers. In the first day the roof was stripped and shingled on the hottest day so far this year. They came back the next day and finished with the gutters and added extra roof vents that we requested the next day. Frank came by and checked out the work and made sure we were happy with it. Everything was fast and efficient with a completed result that looks great. Thanks again from us. Your hard work is greatly appreciated.

  I just had King Roofing replace the shingles on my house and I cannot express enough my appreciation to Frank and his team for doing such a professional job paying attention to even the smallest detail including cleanup.   We just had our roof re-shingled by King street roofing and are very happy with the results. The crew worked until after dark to get it done and stopped by the next morning to double check on their cleanup. We couldn’t be happier with the results.   I'm very happy with the job done by the team at King Street Roofing shingling my roof. They were very professional and worked long hours to finish the job. The colour was matched perfectly to rhe house bricks. They also shingled my shed and put heating coils on my roof for me. I had used this company in the past to repair holes in the roof and under the eaves caused by raccoon damage and was so happy with their work. Everything was cleaned up when the job was completed. I would definitely recommend this company.

  They removed my chimney, took all bricks and garbage, reshingled where the chimney was, cleaned up all debir and they were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this company

  This team is absolutely amazing . I’ve used them 4 times and every time they respond within a few hours and the work is done within 24 hours.   Had a leak in my roof and called King st. Roofing. Danielle was super polite and very helpful and Frank came to my house with his helper. They were there quickly and found the problem right away. They fixed it and then checked the rest of the roof! Super professional and very nice! So glad I called! Highly recommend!

  We had a water leak that came from our roof. Called King Street Roofing and Danielle promptly answered the phone. Gave her details of our situation and she said that she would get someone out that day. Within a few hours Frank was here to assess the situation. Pached up the leak and promised to be back around noon the next day to do a perminant fix. True to his word he was back just afternoon. Fixed the problem and even inspected the rest of the roof to make sure we would not have any further issues. Thank you Danielle for great customer service and Thank you Frank for your professionalism and attention to the small details that make a big difference. I highly recommend King Stŕeet Roofing. I will definatly be calling when our roof needs replacing.
