Kendall County Roofing

The only one or two-star review we hold for Kendall County Roofing.

I contacted Kendall County Roofing in January 2023 for an estimate on a minor roof repair as I was selling my home. They sent out an employee who inspected my roof and stated he would email an estimate. The employee never contacted me back. I left several voicemails and emails, including with their main phone number, and was never contacted again by Kendall County Roofing. I contacted Hometown Roofing who came out and in days had given me an estimate and completed the repairs which came out to less than $500. I guess Kendall County Roofing has grown too big for its britches and only takes big jobs, which would have been fine if they would have just told me that I would have said ok and moved on. Unprofessional.

It took me over a year to find the right company to replace my roof. Kendall County Roofing was recommended by a builder I know and trust who has built many homes in Timberwood Park. I look for experience, integrity, honesty and reliability when looking for a company I need to do business with. With a roofing company, those boxes are hard to check off which is why it took me so long to find a company who checked all those boxes. KCR checked all those boxes! Kendall County Roofing is EXACTLY what I was looking for. The process to get a quote was seamless. Not only was it seamless, there were no pushy sales tactics like the other half dozen companies I dealt with while trying to find the right roofer. They did a PHENOMENAL job from start to finish. The project was managed by Michael who was on top of everything. When I say everything, I mean everything! Anything I needed, he was there. He was patient with all the questions I asked and I asked a lot! These guys have a lot of experience and really know what they're doing! The team were patient with my dogs. I let them know before the job started that I had 4 dogs that will need to go in and out while the project was ongoing. Everyone understood. It meant a lot to me because these dogs are my family. They bark a lot and can be annoying to those who aren't used to dogs or those who don't love dogs like I do! Everything these guys did was so perfectly orchestrated to a tee! I am so impressed it went as well as it did. Kendall County Roofing - I wish you much continued success!! You made a huge difference for me and I can't thank you enough! I love my roof and could not be happier!! If it leaks, you'll be hearing from me but I am not even worried because I know you will make it right! Y'all are so awesome! Thank you a million times over!! I could go on and on!!

Alex and his team from Kendall County Roofing did a wonderful job replacing our aging (40+) years old metal roof. They had to battle aggressive Red Wasp the whole way. The team was very professional and cleaned up the site when done. We’re quite happy with the end results. They go to great measures to deliver the customer a quality roof and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Tim, thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for the 5-star review. We truly appreciate the opportunity to replace your metal roof and are glad to hear you’re happy with the final results. A 40+-year-old roof is no small project, and we’re proud our team could deliver a quality outcome—despite the added challenge of some very determined red wasps! Thank you for recognizing our crew’s professionalism and attention to cleanup. Providing a durable, high-quality roof and a smooth overall experience is always our goal. We appreciate your recommendation and your trust in Kendall County Roofing. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if we can ever be of help in the future. — Kendall County Roofing Team

Kendall County Roofing is one of the very few roofers in the Kendall-Kerr-Gillespie County area that returns calls nowadays. The owner, Alex Lopez, is very responsive, and came out to do the estimate himself. He had a quote out to us in 24 hours. His crew followed this up with a quality roof repair in a timely manner. Also, a big thumbs-up to his office manager, Sue, who is a very customer-focused person who kept us posted and really cares about those this company serves. Thanks to all for a great job. We highly recommend Kendall County for your roofing project.
