The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Kansas City Flat Roof Co. LLC. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

After the recent storm our maintenance people looked at our roof and noticed some leakage. Mr. Ely came to inspect and was able to tell we were in need of some restoration. Job is done and we are satisfied greatly.

Allen and the team were incredible in fixing quite a few leaks on two of my commercial buildings, Allen did a great job of explaining my options and what my expectations should be with each option. I found his pricing to be very fair. He was also great at keeping in communication with me until the repairs were made and sent pictures of the repairs. I am confident the repairs will hold up, but if not, the Flat Roof Team will be out to take care of the necessary fixes. I highly recommend them to any business or commercial project.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 11 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 11, of which 10 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Kansas City Flat Roof Co. LLC. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
