John helped me with a basic leak issue I was having. Water was seeping in during very heavy rains. He took a look at it, knew immediately how the water was getting in, and helped me with sealing it as well as expanding my gutters to prevent clogging. Very helpful and very professional. Thinking about working with them on a new roof!

We have hired John every time something popped up with our roof, gutters, and siding. He should be tired by now of all of our questions and concerns. However, every time we talk to him, and every time he shows up, it’s like we’re relatives. JW services lives up to its claim of being a family business while also living up to the standards from a large commercial business. I would not trust anyone else with my home.

John is wonderful. He corrected a membrane roof in our addition that was installed incorrectly. As a result we had massive water damage. He and his crew had it totally replaced and water tight in 24 hours. I would highly recommend John and his crew!

John and his team were great to work with. He communicated promptly and responsively and performed quality and timely work. Replaced aluminum fascia, installed roof vents, and repaired areas of concern. Would gladly recommend them and work with them again.

I had some storm damage to my roof on a Friday and John responded within minutes of me reaching out to him. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was able to stop by my property later that same day to assess the repairs needed and gave a very reasonable quote. By Monday he was back on the roof fixing the damage. He was responsive and informative and kept me up to date with everything that he was doing. He even offered to clean out my gutters while he was up there! The work he performed was high quality and he will absolutely be the man I call when I need any other work done on my roof. Absolutely stellar from start to finish. Zero complaints!
