  We came out and the leak was in a different spot after our tech climbed through your attic t. No ones fault. The materials they brought was for wall flashing not valley. They did leave they had other repairs scheduled and your repair was more than they could handle not having the materials to do the job with them and do it on time. David the owner called to come out the same day but was met with extreme hostility over the phone with you and your husband and told you all to just find another contractor.

  Very poor way to run a business.Had 2 young guys show up to check for roof leaks, didn't even look for 1 spot in attic that has a leak. Been over 3 weeks since I first called, and no answer on anything yet.I have called then on several occasions and all I get is, we will call you in an hour.I guess, we only get a answer if, they only replace whole roofs. Don't send out 2 young kids to look at problems, and then just kick folks aside. Very poor way to run a business.

  Tim, We cant repair all roofs. We do have young techs that are trained and your roof wasn't properly installed by the previous roofing contractor. If you want we can send out an owner to look at your issue and give you his advice if you haven't had the issue fixed.

  After taking 5 months to put a new roof on, it leaked through a skylight and destroyed our bathroom ceiling. When we contacted them, they came and patched the roof, but now don’t return our calls about the interior, after they agreed the damage was their fault. UPDATE: We had the damages repaired on our own, and just recovered our out-of-pocket repair costs from JT Roofing.

  Has anyone else had issues w this company? I just tried to pay my balance asking for an itemized receipt( for insurance & homeowners) stating everything they had to contract out after “ replacing my roof”& me having leaks- AFTER THE FACT! They had a general contractor, drywaller,& painter who came & had to redo 2 rooms & full ceiling- if you did -contact me.... my insurance company is inquiring. Thank you Worst experience ever! They started my roof 2/18 & just got final Titusville inspection closing 4/5/19 - I have the paperwork & all photos. Submitted them to state attorney

  We stood behind our warranty and fixed your roof. We stood behind our warranty and fixed and painted your ceilings. You still have not paid in Full As you said above. You owe us the remaining balance on your contract. The repairs came out of our pocket we owe you no receipt!! We have told you this multiple times. We don't expect to collect our money from you. But you bet we fixed our end and you don't have any issues no more. But we still haven't gotten paid in full. You cant please everyone no matter what you do!

  Our job was never completed, as my damaged property has STILL, 6 months later, not been repaired. They never returned, after swearing they would 'if I'd pay them all but a little bit of their balance.' Since I'm a person of my word, I expect the same of others. See photos of damages, both to my home and my property, and all the litter, debris, etc. THIS is how they leave their jobs! THIS is what customers can expect! THIS is what you'll be left with in the wake of their destruction and empty promises.

  Run away from this company. Rude, unprofessional and abusive. Took our deposit but didnt finish the job for 6 full months. The day they finished they insisted upon the remainder of the payment even though the roof had not been inspected. If we didnt pay that day, they threatened to put a LIEN on our house. It even says they will put a lien on your house on their invoice. When you speak with them on the phone they curse at you and tell you all about their personal family problems. I never post reviews but don't want someone else to have to deal with this company.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Gold Standard Service from JT Roofing & Maintenance!** I highly recommend **JT Roofing & Maintenance in Melbourne, Florida**. I originally paid another roofing company to repair the flat roof over my sunroom. Unfortunately, within 30 days, the roof started leaking again. The repair was supposed to have a five-year warranty, so I contacted the company and was told that someone would return to fix the problem. Weeks went by, but no one ever showed up. I eventually learned that the company had gone out of business. That’s when I contacted **JT Roofing & Maintenance**, and the difference in service was clear from the beginning. **Cameron, the owner, personally came to my home to inspect the roof.** He took the time to explain what he found and walked me through the process that should have been performed during the original repair.   Stop what you’re doing and hear me out. If you’re looking for a roofing company, you need to know about JT Roofing & Maintenance. My mom noticed what looked like a water stain around a skylight, and with the roof being just over 10 years old, naturally she was worried it might be the beginning of a leak. I called Ed at JT Roofing & Maintenance, and he came out right away. He didn’t just glance at the roof, he took his time, thoroughly inspected the roof, the skylight, and everything around it. In the end, he found there wasn’t a leak at all. What looked like a water stain was actually just dirt left behind after one of my kids threw one of those sticky squishy toys onto the ceiling. Let’s be honest, it would’ve been easy for another company to point to the roof’s age or find “issues” to justify selling a new roof. That never happened here. Ed was completely honest, transparent, and took the time to explain everything, giving my mom and brother total peace of mind. That kind of integrity is hard to find these days. Ed is 1000% trustworthy, and when the day comes that my mom actually does need a new roof, there isn’t another company we’ll even consider.   Just got a new roof with the help of Steve Collazo at JT Roofing. They did an excellent Job. Steve helped every step of the way and made sure everything was perfect.   After much thought, we decide a metal roof would give us the best option for structural longevity. Luckily we witnessed the re-roofing job done by JT ROOFING & MAINTENANCE INC. on our next-door neighbor's home, and we were sold on who we would use for our project. We made an appointment, during which Ed Fadden of JT explained all our options, and we gave the go-ahead after incorporating a few of our wishes, such as taking down our chimney and removing two solar light collectors. The installers are factory trained, and it showed in their performance; it was like watching a ballet act as these pros moved with precision and deftness to accomplish the job. The yard was prepped with tarps and materials were pre-cut and staged in a useful, orderly manner, thus ensuring rapid and accurate installation. After the roof was complete, a surgical sweep of our property was done to ensure no debris or nails were left behind, and a final inspection by Ed himself assured us all was well. Without reservation we would heartily recommend JT ROOFING & MAINTENANCE.

  John Stanley at JT roofing is the best professional roofer I've ever had the pleasure of doing business. I needed a new roof to close on a home and John was incredible - he was fast, knowledgeable, and honest. He worked with me on financing options and was patient as I dealt with my HOA. My new roof is absolutely BEAUTIFUL and high quality. I highly recommend them and will continue to do business with them in the future. Thank you for everything John!
