Replacing a 25-year-old roof can feel daunting, but after getting four different bids, I chose Jornado Roofing — and I’m so glad I did. They’ve replaced several of my neighbors’ roofs over the years, and everyone is still very happy with their work. From the very first phone call to the final cleanup, Jornado Roofing impressed me with their excellent communication and high level of professionalism. They were always on time, and when we discovered more water damage than expected, they immediately sent clear photos along with an updated estimate. There were no surprises. Even though roof replacement is noisy and messy, their crew did an outstanding job cleaning up. They walked the entire property — all 360 degrees around the house — picking up every piece of debris and every single nail from the driveway and yard. Since the new roof was installed, we’ve had several rainstorms and everything has held up beautifully, including the new skylight they installed. I was also impressed by their responsiveness — when I asked to see shingle samples, they dropped them off within two hours. I highly recommend Jornado Roofing. They made what could have been a stressful project feel smooth and trustworthy.

We knew our roof was at the end of its lifespan (22 years), but this became an emergency when it started leaking during a rainstorm. Jornada called us back immediately and someone was out the next day to take a look. They were able to do a temporary patch (free of charge) and take measurements. They provided an estimate (very reasonable - we've had several estimates over the years and theirs was the lowest) the next day and were able to schedule the installation for the following Tuesday. The crew was here right on time. Everyone was very friendly and professional. There were no surprises. They worked very hard (even during constant rain) to finish the job, after which they cleaned everything up. The only evidence they were ever here was our beautiful new roof. We cannot recommend Jornada strongly enough.

I needed some help figuring out payment and they were helpful and patient. I have already recommended them to 2 neighbors. Pricing was also excellent!!!
