I know this response may not change your opinion of us, but I felt it was important to acknowledge it directly. You’re absolutely right to be frustrated. Missing an appointment is already unacceptable, but failing to communicate afterward made the situation even worse, and for that I take full responsibility as the owner. As our company has grown, one of the biggest challenges has been building systems and training a team that delivers the same level of communication and service I personally expect from myself. My team works hard and genuinely cares, but in this case we fell short, and that’s on us. At Bee Roofing, we believe in not just fixing problems, but making things better whenever possible. While I understand we may have already lost the opportunity to earn your business, I’d still love the chance to make this right in some way, whether that’s a complimentary roof cleaning or driveway pressure washing.   I called to get a quote to get some roofing work done. The sales associate who came out stumbled out of their vehicle and showed obvious signs of being intoxicated, including a very obvious alcohol smell from their breath. While I can't speak to the quality of work this company provides, I can say that I will be looking elsewhere as I can't trust a quote from a company who has their sales associates intoxicated on the job, especially driving around. I will be formally filing a complaint with the AG office.

  We had a great experience with Bee Roofing & Exteriors. Nando was our project manager and did a really good job keeping us informed throughout the project. One thing we really appreciated was when they found some plywood that had mold and needed to be replaced. Instead of just replacing it and adding it to the bill, Nando showed us the damaged areas first, explained why it needed to be changed, and got our approval before moving forward. That gave us a lot of confidence in the process because we knew exactly what was happening and why. The crew worked hard, everything went smoothly, and we’re really happy with the final result. We would definitely recommend Bee Roofing.

  We had an outstanding experience working with Bee Roofing and Exteriors. Our insurance claim lasted over six months, and throughout the entire process, Jesus and Frankie were there every step of the way. They were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure our home was restored properly. They worked tirelessly with our insurance company, providing detailed documentation, inspections, videos, and technical explanations to ensure the damage was fairly evaluated. Their persistence and expertise ultimately helped get our roof approved for a full replacement due to wind damage. What really stood out was their communication. Jesus and Frankie kept us informed throughout the process, were always responsive, transparent, and took the time to answer every question we had.   I cannot recommend Bee Roofing and Exteriors enough! They handled multiple projects for us—including our main house roof, a carport roof, and new gutter installation—and the quality of work across the board was outstanding. When our main roof was damaged in a storm, they took all the stress off our shoulders by directly liaising with our insurance company to ensure everything went smoothly and was covered properly. The owner, Frankie, is a total stand-up guy and has been the absolute best to work with. He is super responsive, helpful, and genuinely cares about his customers. If you want a company that is reliable, professional, and does incredible work, call Frankie and his team!

  My roofing project started out like any home improvement project, I did a bunch of research, I got multiple quotes, talked to friends and neighbors and used all that to make an educated decision on which company to work with and which product to select. I ended up with Bee Roofing and I could not be happier!!! Octavio, Frankie and the rest of the crew are honest, patient and incredibly skilled in what they do. Beyond having my roof replaced, the team at Bee Roofing replaced some siding and trim. I was expecting that the siding and trim replacement might not meet my high standards but I was very impressed by the work they performed and the same can be said about the roof. No knock to other contractors out there but I’m so used to having to look over their shoulders to make sure things are being done correctly and to the right standard. I can’t tell you the number of times I’ve had to fight tooth and nail just to get an acceptable end product even after paying a premium. Forget about doing that with these guys - they set the standard!! If you’re on the fence about which company to go with, rest assured that Bee Roofing is the right choice. Friendly, honest, transparent and driven by quality. What more could you ask for? 5 stars all the way!!! Thanks guys!
