specifically the reception/scheduler. when i called and asked if i could schedule a time for someone to come out and provide an estimate for a mansard roof the only response i got from the woman on the other end was..." no." i asked if mansard roofs are something that they just dont service and she responded "....nope" and then proceeded to hang up on me.

We’re really glad we used Allied, we had new gutters installed last summer, but my husband noticed a leak over the winter. I had some time, so I called Eliseo and got an immediate response. They sent someone the next day! Turns out, there wasn’t anything wrong with the gutters, we just needed to clean them because they got clogged. He took apart the down spouts to remove the blockage on the spot and haven’t had any issues since!

Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We’re really glad to hear that you’re happy with your gutters and that our team was able to respond quickly when you noticed the leak. Winter clogs can sneak up on anyone, so we’re glad it turned out to be a simple fix. Eliseo and the crew always aim to take care of things right away, and it’s great to know everything has been working perfectly since. We truly appreciate your trust in Allied and look forward to helping you anytime you need us.

I knew that I needed a new roof for a while and I wanted to use Allied because I have known Eliseo for a while now (working on other commercial properties for me) so I knew the job would be done right. They removed my old asphalt shingles and installed new ones. The whole crew did excellent work. They cleaned up after themselves each day and worked through the whole day (rain or shine) until the project was completed.
