We had many issues including hundreds of nails left in our yard, roof vents not intsalled at all and then installed in the wrong place, poor workmanship around drip edges, exposed nails that missed the shingles, and in some cases they used worse materials than the contract specified. In short, they did not follow the contract at all. A year after the job was done, another roofer doing a repair pointed out all the problems to me. The owner was willing to fix most of the issues, but his communication was tough (it was very hard to tell whether his proposed solutions were the right thing to do or whether they were cheap fixes). Overall, it was a poor experience and I would not recommend.

I truly apologize that myself and our team did not meet your expectations. I do believe that we did complete your full repair list in a timely manner and to your satisfaction at the time of our last meeting we had together. I assure you, we did not use inferior materials or install materials outside of manufactures specifications during the build process or at the time of your punch-list repair. Please known we take your comments seriously and take steps to improve our company through feedback such as yours.

Phil came out to inspect and repair the roof on our two story townhome today after a wind storm ripped off some shingles. He was prompt, a great communicator, pleasant to work with, and provided excellent service at an affordable rate. The work was performed quickly and thoroughly. I highly recommend Jordan River Roofing.

Great experience. Phil was straightforward from go. Reasonable pricing and his crew did quick work. Phil recommended Mason at NEX Solar to remove and reinstall our solar panel. Mason and his crew were flexible in scheduling and got us back up generating power 1 day after the roof was done.

Had a crack in a beam in our garage. Phil knew exactly what was needed to fix it. His crew did a great job with that as well as reroofing the garage, all at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend them.

When the roof needed replacing we went out for bids and ultimately went with Phil Jordan who had the best proposal. The installation was excellent, completed on time with spotless cleanup. I personally believe you won’t find a better cost effective solution elsewhere.

I don’t think I have ever been treated so fairly by a company before. Phil came out and beat 3 other roofing companies by a landslide plus worked with my insurance company to get everything done correctly. His crew was respectful and worked really hard, even coming back if things still needed to be done. I will be referring everybody the needs a new roof to Phil.
