Never showed up. He sounded professional over the phone but kept us waiting the day he said he was going to take a look at our roof. Called several times, left several voicemails, never called back.

Hi Angie i enjoyed meeting you and your family in the course of installing your roof. We installed the "peel and stick " roof underlayment on 100% of your roof. This will give you around 20 -25% discount on homeowners insurance over the life of your roof. I do appreciate the trust you placed with us and your home in Altamonte. If i could give you a review as a customer it would be also five stars 🙂

Hi sorry you are having a problem but I have no email ,name . address or phone number to work off so I don't know anything about the roof problem you have. But I do know that I have had the same telephone numbers for 19 years. There is no way that we would of installed a roof to a wall without flashing. And the shingles cannot be defective after 5 years. I have never received a 1 star review in 20 years of business. Please send me your full information including the address. My email is office @johnsonroofingorlando.com my cellphone is 4079257361 Regards Steve Johnson

Recently had them replace my roof, as I was up against an insurance deadline, they were fast, professional, and reliable. They had the roof replaced with much better materials for less than competitor's and finished earlier than than expected.

Hi Katherine i enjoyed meeting you. The roof color you selected for the new Tamko Titan Thuderstorm grey is a favorite of mine. I am glad you like it. We added in and increased the roof ventilation on the back slope to help with the air flow in the attic. If you need anything else just let me know we were honored to be your local roofer of choice. Great experience all around. Steve and his crew are on time, professional, the nicest people, and got the job done. Their prices are competitive, they're honest, and will make sure that everything is done properly, even if it means coming back and finishing up minor details.

Hi Vevgeniy Appreciate you being a new roofing customer of ours. The new GAF timberline HDZ roof looks great in the color Birchwood. I think Increasing the ventilation with the GAF cobra vents was I great decision along with using 100 % peel and stick roofing underlayment to give you the best roof. The roof is good for 130 mph wind and you should get around 20% plus discount on your new roof insurance policy. Thanks for making installing your roof easy and treating my employees well I always enjoyed our chats together. let me know if anyone else needs good roofing contractor near Orlando. Regards Steve

Steve was a Pros Pro. He guided me through my first roof replacement and lead the way with my insurance where I barely had to get involved. His team was quick and top notch. He was able to come at a moments notice to meet me and was able to get my roof scheduled immediately. Highly recommend Steve and Johnson Roofing.
