JM Construction is the only company I use for roofing, siding, gutters and windows. They have proven to be competitive in cost as well as very easy to work with. The owner is honest and puts the customer first. I trust the direction they lead me in without hesitation. They are my go to for all my exterior needs.

After the severe hailstorm in April, Brian happened to be helping a neighbor with some immediate patchwork and offered to check out my house as well. He took over the conversations with both my insurance agency and the solar company to really help get get the house restored beyond what the insurance company originally proposed coverage on. The process for me was overall painless. He was great with communication, even responding after hours at times when I wasnt expecting a response until the next morning. Solid company to work with and looking to get a quote from them for some additional home improvement work.

Starting a roofing project can feel overwhelming, but working with local roofers who know the area’s requirements ensures a smoother experience. Begin by understanding your roof’s size, which helps estimate the right amount of materials, project duration, and overall costs. Openly discussing these details with your roofer will keep your project on track and help avoid surprises. It’s also important to talk about the timeline and any possible disruptions due to weather or project complexity. Professional roofers will provide a realistic schedule, so you can plan ahead and minimize stress. Make sure to go over the different materials available, as each comes with unique benefits and lifespans. Clear communication from the start sets the stage for a successful project that meets your needs for both appearance and durability.
