  These guys came out and claimed they were roof leak specialist. He climbed up on our roof and said he knew exactly where the roof leak was. They quoted a price of 750.00. He then climbed back up on the roof with a tube of "special" …

  Jen Pro Roofing was great. They helped us know what to tell insurance and provided pictures and info to submit. They were happy to answer all my questions and explain to me what was needed. On top of great customer service the roof looks amazing. They got it done quickly, less than 2 days. They sent me pictures during the whole process and updates on anything that needed replaced or fixed during the process. Roland has been doing roofs for 50 years and it shows. We had him place a lifetime roof with upgrades including "Stormguard", secondary leak protection under all the new lifetime lead boot PVC flashings and valleys. They give 15 year workmanship warranties.

  We used JenPro to help us fix a leak. They were professional and friendly. They used quality materials and gave us a warranty. They took pictures and offered to help us file an insurance claim if necessary. We recommend using JenPro!

  We found a leak in interior ceiling after a heavy rain. We called several roofing contractors but only Jenpro could come on the same day to check it. You know what, that turned out the best decision we have made. Roland made the visit the same day and identified several spots on the roof that caused the leaks that were due to a hail earlier this year (we actually had some other roofing companies come before and they did not find the leaking sources). Roland also did a good job following through the claim process with our insurance company. The very next day after our claim was approved, Roland was able to have his crew ready and they installed the new roof within one day and a half! The price was the most reasonable I’ve ever seen. The new roof looks beautiful and we could not be happier with our choice with Jenpro! Several rains have occurred after the new roof was done and there was no problem at all. We were also able to get an improved water diverting system with our roof. We would recommend Jenpro to whoever wants their roof replaced.

  I've used JenPro Roofing for several jobs Home and Rent houses. They are on-time and on-budget. They work directly with your insurance which makes it easy, and work out all the adjustments that the insurance people fail to include in their initial estimates. I will use them again. The also did a great job painting and repairing a rental property that had about 20 years of deferred maintenance. They did way more than just slap a coat of paint on. They meticulously, patched, repaired and replaced many spots that I would not have even noticed. They made sure that every piece of siding was snuggly attached and caulked all holes and cracks before painting. Highly recommend.

  Have not committed yet but was impressed with his business acumen. Showed up on time and spent an inordinate amount of time examining my project. He explained all that I needed, which was considerable due to the unusual construction of my house. I would feel comfortable recommending him for a roofing project.

  I am glad to have found this company. They do quality work at a fair price. I had a tree fall on my house; they not only fixed the roof but brought in another company that they network with to take care of the tree. Very convenient, prompt and fair.

  Been having my roof done by JenPro for over 6 years and is still in great shape with a warranty better than others in the business. My warranty is good for over 10 years. They even come out when there has been hail or other natural storms an inspection. Roland always is dependable on carrying out the assignments. He is always the one I refer to my friends and family.   After 7 years, we have not had any issues with the work performed by JenPro. Neighbors and people that visit us complement the work that was done to our roof. We trusted Roland's experience and workmanship and it has been noticed. We are very pleased by the work performed.
