Horrible communication, way over priced, and very very unprofessional. Have pics, recordings etc. for proof of everything I post. Owner hung up on me as I was trying to respectfully but forwardly discuss pricing for the inside job I thought was ridiculously high (due to other quotes) and he got upset and told me that all I owed was the amount he gave me initially because he doesn't want me to call him anymore. The lady in the office was extremely nice and they did a good job on the outside roof and he came the first time as soon as I called but I would NEVER recommend this company. By the way, the quote was THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS over the other quotes I've received and that is with demolition and reapair. I appreciate the good work but the attitude and unprofessionalism cancels that out.

We truly appreciate your feedback, Misty, and we are sincerely sorry that you were left with this impression. From the beginning, we tried to assist you as quickly, professionally, and respectfully as possible during an emergency situation involving active water leaking into your home. Despite the rainy conditions, we responded immediately to help protect your property by performing emergency tarping, emergency dry-out services, and temporary measures to prevent further water damage. Our crew worked under difficult conditions because our priority was protecting your home and preventing the issue from getting worse. We would also like to respectfully clarify that concerns regarding pricing began after the work had already been completed. All work performed was documented with photos, and a signed agreement was in place before services began. At no point were there any insults or disrespect from our side. Once we understood that you were unhappy with the pricing, we simply tried to end the conversation calmly and avoid further conflict. We still appreciate that you acknowledged the quality of the exterior roofing work and the kindness of our office staff. We always do our best to help our customers during stressful situations, and we sincerely wish you the best moving forward.
