Great job by 787 Construction installing an Attic Breeze vent fan in our roof. Our attic is much cooler than before (which is not to say cool in these ridiculous 100-degree days!), which means our AC isn't working quite as hard, and the house seems more comfortable. We were worried about the installation on a standing seam metal roof, which is more complex than on a shingle roof. 787 wasn't our cheapest quote but Matthew impressed me with his knowledge about how to do this and his experience doing it. The company was responsive, everything was done as promised, and I'd definitely work with 787 again.

I am a member of Prefix, and they route many roofing and exterior needs to 787. So far I've been very happy to have them maintain my home's exterior needs. The first time that we hired them, they did a thorough inspection of our gutter system and our roof. They did not try to upsell us on new gutters like other companies, and instead quoted us for simply re-attaching the rafters. With those cost savings we were able to afford to have them install a cricket on our chimney and put ourselves in code compliance (and even for that initially they weren't going to recommend a cricket and only did so after thoroughly inspecting the house and cross-referencing building codes). This past summer after we had a home inspector look at our home, they read through the inspection report and gave us a very reasonable quote to address many of the main concerns - including repairing exposed wood, damaged shingles, flashing, rotted fascia, etc. Once again they didn't upsell us and quoted us honestly on what services were and were not needed. 787 is a very honest and reliable company.

787 Construction recently completed work for us, and I was very impressed. From start to finish, Matthew and his team were professional, thorough and easy to work with. I appreciated that the detailed estimate for the work included photos, as did the invoice following completion. The price was fair, the attention to detail was appreciated and the overall experience was very positive. Five-star recommendation.

787 Construction installed an Attic Breeze SFA-35W solar fan on my two story house with a very steep roof. My initial visit with Mathew was very informative. I felt very comfortable with his fan/roofing knowledge and expertise. Jax and Fidel's team provided a good quality installation of the Attic Breeze fan and closing of closeby static vents to ensure proper fan operation and compliance with installation warranty guidelines. I was very pleased with the entire process and final result. The new fan should provide enhanced ventilation and lower attic temperature for two HVAC units. Kudos to the entire 787 Construction Team. Leandro, thank you for the detailed review, we really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. It was great working with you, and I’m glad we could make you feel confident in the plan from the start. Jax, Fidel, and the crew take a lot of pride in doing things the right way, especially on more challenging installs like your steep roof, so I’ll be sure to pass this along to them. Closing those static vents and installing the Attic Breeze system properly makes a big difference, and we’re excited for you to see the long-term benefits with improved ventilation and reduced attic temperatures for your HVAC units. Thanks again for trusting 787 Construction, we’re here anytime you need us. The 787 Team,

Matt was great to work with, he was honest and professional. Asked him to assess our roof after the ice storm and he told us that everything looked great (many other companies might try to take advantage). He repaired gutter damage and wood …

Beth, Thank you for taking the time out of your day to write about us. Means a lot to us that you loved the experience. If we can ever be of any assistance in the future please don’t hesitate to ask. The 787 Team,

Every roof replacement starts with a thorough inspection of what's underneath. After the old roof is removed, the roof decking is carefully inspected. If any sections are damaged, they should be replaced before new shingles are installed to provide a solid foundation for the new roofing system. It's a step that isn't always visible to homeowners, but it's one of the most important parts of building a roof that's designed to last. 📍 Serving Austin and surrounding areas 📞 (512) 240-67383 days agoCall now
