  After the hail storm of 2024 Ichose Wimberley roofing to replace 3 roofs. They were cheapest and had good reviews here The whole year long process was an uncoordinated nightmare The first subcontractor they dro pped off replaced 2 roofs on a weekend with no supervisor or english speaking worker. After complaints of poor workmanship s srcond person that had experience came out and sent another crew to install hundreds of feet of missing flashing and seals. After water through a ceiling from melting snow in the attic they came out again and installed the missing seals in tje ridge cap of that building and thr one next to it Took 3 times to get the proper ridge cap on barn. I would not trust thesr giys to pit a roof on my doghouse

  This is not a real customer. For one, we did not have any snow, It was still very hot here in Texas in and this customer is not in our system.

  I contacted to discuss a few flaws I observed after the job. Refusing to accept responsibility, they attributed it to "weather conditions." No attempt to correct their errors. Poor customer service with no responsibility. Do not come!

  Despite the startlingly expensive quote, I was guaranteed excellent work. Rather, the installation was poor and the materials were inexpensive. After the initial downpour, leaks were discovered. felt like I had been torn off entirely. Avoid at all costs.

  We sold our home and the new owners contracted Wimberly Roofing to replace the hail damaged roof. We are leasing back so we still occupy the home. I had Phillip out previously working through State Farm to replace the roof so was glad to see him return. But, our experience with the crew and follow up was unacceptable. We were told the new shingles would be unloaded on the driveway but they were stacked on the grass in the front yard. The crew continued to walk through and over shrubs and plants in the front yard, killing several of them in the process. Day 3, two crew members arrived to finish a section of ridge row, one worked - the other slept in the back seat of the truck. I had called Phillip to ask about further clean up and he assure me they would complete that. It was obvious, they were not interested in doing that. One guy went around with the magnet and told me the grass was too long for the magnet to find any nails. I did several perimter walks and continued to find numerous nails, roofing disks and shingles for several days aftre they supposedly completed the clean up. I called Phillip to complain. Mark Mott showed up the following day to check things. I was not home so he spoke to my wife. The entire conversation Mark continued to tell her we should have known this would be a construction zone for three days and should have left the property. No one had advised us of this. Mark continued to speak in a condescending manner to my wife treating her as inferior and somewhat ignorant. BTW, I continue to find nails and roofing discs in the yard. I also found found more nails in the expansion joints of the drive way today. But don't question Wimberly Roofing, we are just the "common folk"! Ben Wells

  We worked with Brandon at Wimberley Roofing; they completely replaced our old roof with a gorgeous standing seam metal roof that updated our house and created an iconic Hill Country look. Brandon patiently walked us through each of the steps and handled all of the details, including working with our insurance company. To say that he and Wimberley Roofing went above and beyond is an understatement. Planning, coordinating, replacing and cleaning up went smoother than we could have ever imagined. He and his crews and were competent, conscientious and professional. We could not be happier.

  Fantastic experience with Wimberley Roofing! Chris was great to work with and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Everything showed up on time, the workmanship was excellent, and the communication was always straightforward and honest. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.   WIMBERLEY ROOFING recently installed a new metal roof on both our home and detached garage. We are very pleased with both the end result and the crew assigned to do the manual work. CHRIS was our point of contact for negotiating price and specific product,….and for then supervising the manual work. Chris was great. We found him to be quite personable, as well as knowledgeable about the roofing business. Our home, specifically, has a roof design that incorporates many angles, ridges, and corners. The crew seemed well experienced, and were very focused on their work. CHRIS was there daily to check on the progress of the installation, and checked in with us, personally. The crew was courteous….always greeting us politely. I was VERY PLEASED with their daily “ sweeps” with a metal detector to pick up errant screws/metal scraps. The trash from the old roof, and general trash generated by the crew/roofing materials was neatly stored in a large high-side trailer on-site, and then hauled off at the completion of all work. I definitely recommend WIMBERLEY ROOFING.

  OUTSTANDING!!! Barrett Broyle was GREAT was there every step of the way with insurance and was there during the entire installation and came back to double check! Great team effort! Use WIMBERLEY ROOFING!!!

  Had some missing shingles and unsealed vent caps discovered during whole home inspection before our closing. Wimberley Roofing Of Texas was on sight fixing the problems in a very short time. Highly recommend this company for any roof repairs.
