  I asked for An estimate on my roof After. Receiving the estimate I call back several times asking for the price of a different type of roof they refuse to call me back and I don't know why??????

  I would not recommend this company under any circumstance. The lady working at the front desk is extremely rude and unprofessional. Her name is Tiana I think. I had gotten a call this morning prompting me to come in to sign my commencement papers so that my roof could be replaced. It already seemed like she was having a bad day because her tone on the phone wasn't very pleasant, but I continued to tell her I'd be in around 1pm. When I came in to sign the papers, I'd greeted one of the guys there and told him and the front desk clerk that I was there to sign some documents. Clerk replied "And you are?" as if I wasn't supposed to be there. I ignored her tone and kept moving. I gave her my driver's license when she asked, and then she handed me a document telling me to sign where the 'x' was. I did just that. Turns out, I had made a mistake, and signed where she was supposed to notarize. She turned to me and said "Now I have to print another one because you signed where I need to notarize" again, with a horribly impolite tone of voice. I ignored the tone and apologized. She printed another and handed it to me and told me to sign. I politely asked her to show me where I should sign and she gasped and said "excuse me?" as if I insulted her. I asked again, "Could you show me where I should sign, please?" because I didn't want to sign in the wrong spot. She then proceeded to yell and say "If you want to get your roof done, then you need to stop with the attitude" as if her attitude was anything short of inappropriate. I shrugged, continued to ignore her rudeness, and signed the new document. After I signed, she said "You can go, thank you." again, in a nasty tone. I left without saying a word. I don't know if she was just having a bad day, or something personal was going on, or maybe she just hates black people. but this employee, clerk, or whoever this is at the front desk is the most unprofessional representative of a company I've ever seen, and I've worked many reta

  The lady at the front desk is a rude b@!*#. Doesn’t matter how many times someone has come in to ask for directions to another business that’s in close proximity. You’re the representative of YOUR business. Don’t be rude.

  I'll give 2 stars for the shingle appearance and warranty, but I'm not satisfied with the workmanship. It took them 3 days and they still had to come back to finish cleaning up what could be cleaned. The estimate was quick and they started sooner than expected. I'm glad I went to ABC Supply to see the shingle in person. It was darker than online. I don't feel there will be structural issues, but the finishing work was sloppy/lazy. The lead recommended he use cap shingles to replace the tarred field shingles which I found ridiculous since they don't have the same coloring. I found them through Angi and paid them through the app after the permit was clear. There was a screen on the dryer vent per permitting which was resolved quickly. There were issues sending them pics. The crew came out to clear the remaining nails in the gutters. I found out a month later they never set up to receive payment through Angi. They aren't tech savvy. They will charge you 4% for credit cards. I hand delivered a check so I could make sure I got the warranty paperwork.

  Our roof took 4 days to complete. The workmanship was excellent. Since we live in Florida, we get storms almost daily this time of year. JAT roofers know how to install a roof in these conditions, ensuring everything is coverable on a moment's notice and when they leave for the day, everything is water tight ... each day. We had rain on 2 of the 4 installation days, yet no leaks. The roofers themselves were professional, very careful, and extremely hard working (three 12+ hour days) JAT admin office personnel are also top notch. We live in a "fastidious" (picky) HOA community. JAT was wonderful to work with through the initial roof project documentation process. JAT was VERY patient. We had excellent updates on schedules and what we needed to do. All permit and inspections were handled by JAT and done within 24-48 hours of work completion. We definitely recommend JAT Roofers.

  JAT Roofing went above and beyond our expectations. The company was flexible in accommodating our needs when coordinating scheduling as we are out-of-state residents. The crew took their time in removing an existing tile roof and were in close communication with us when addressing the repairs needed from previous water damage before installing the new shingles. The clean-up was thorough and the final project looked great. We highly recommend this company as pricing was fair with no hidden surprises.

  I have used JAT twice now for roof installation and both times I’ve been extremely satisfied. Started and finished as scheduled. Shingles are exactly what I wanted and the workmanship is top tier. I would highly recommend.
