Ian and Brett deserve a 10+ rating for their roofing work. I spoke with several well-rated roofers and got estimates from about $6,500 to more than $12,000 just to re-coat the flat roof on my large older home. Out of everyone I met, Ian was the only roof inspector who took the time to find that much of the damage came from hail, which could be covered by homeowners insurance. At first I was unsure, but after seeing the roof damage for myself and talking with my insurance company and the adjuster, I felt confident moving forward. They worked directly with the insurance company and helped make the process much easier. Instead of only doing a simple roof coating, they handled a full flat roof replacement and also completed other important roofing repairs. They removed two A-frame tile sections over the entrances, installed new underlayment, reset the tile, and fixed an area near the chimney line from a past remodel. Ian, Brett, and the roofing crew were professional, skilled, and easy to work with from start to finish. Their pricing was fair, their estimate stayed accurate, and there were no surprise costs. The job began on schedule, finished on time, and the crew kept the property clean and organized every day. They clearly know roofing systems, storm damage, and flat roof repair, and they explained each step in simple terms. For a home in Boulder, it was especially helpful to have a roofer who understands local weather, including hail, sun exposure, and the demands those conditions put on a roof. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs roof repair, storm damage help, underlayment work, tile reset, or a full roof replacement.

After storm damage caused a roof leak, I noticed a water stain on my ceiling and called Brett. He came out the next day, found the problem fast, and made a temporary repair to stop the leak until the insurance adjuster could inspect it. …

I found this roofing company through an online search and reached out after seeing so many great reviews. I hired them to repair a leaking section of a dormer roof on a two-family home. Brett came out to inspect the roof, explained the issue clearly, and provided a very fair estimate compared to the other roofing quotes I received. Brett and the crew scheduled the work quickly and finished the repair just a few days after I approved everything. They were professional, efficient, and did solid roof work. I am very happy with the results and the roof leak was taken care of properly. I would gladly use them again for any roofing, roof repair, flashing, or shingle work in Boulder.

brett and his crew really knocked it out of the park on our roofing project in Boulder. brett first came out to give us an estimate and noticed wind damage from an earlier storm. After a lot of back and forth with the insurance company, brett and ian helped get the roof approved through insurance, which made the whole process much easier. We decided to pay the difference for a standing seam metal roof, and it was absolutely the right choice. If you are thinking about a metal roof, that style is the way to go. It costs a bit more up front, but it is well worth the extra money for the durability, clean look, and long-term value. The crew was professional, easy to work with, and did solid roofing work from inspection to install. highly recommend them for roof replacement, storm damage help, and metal roofing.

Brett with Jared & Sons Roofers LLC did an awesome job on our family roof in Boulder. After a bad storm, we lost a lot of shingles and started seeing leaks in almost every room. Several people recommended Brett, so we called very early and he answered right away. He got to our house fast, and i was impressed that his crew was on the roof within hours putting on a temporary tarp to stop more water from getting in. He clearly explained the whole insurance claim process and what needed to happen to bring our home back to its pre-storm condition. When the adjuster came out for the inspection, Brett already had the roof measurements ready and helped with the inspection since our roof is steep. the adjuster seemed very thankful for the help, and i really believe that made the process move faster and more smoothly. Not long after that, the new roof was installed, and we are very happy with the results. the workmanship looks great, the cleanup was solid, and the whole roofing process felt organized from start to finish. i highly recommend them for storm damage repairs, leak protection, and full roof replacement.

Our home builder would not send anyone to check a roof leak over the garage and kept saying it was only weather related. We contacted a local roofing team, and they came out quickly, inspected the roof system, and gave us a clear report showing the leak was tied to a construction issue rather than normal Colorado weather. After the builder received that roofing report, they finally sent their contractor to inspect. The contractor confirmed the findings, and the roof leak was repaired. The roofing crew was professional, helpful, and easy to work with from start to finish. Ian and Brett explained the issue in simple terms, documented everything well, and helped move the process forward without charging us for the inspection report. In Boulder, where roofs deal with strong sun, wind, and seasonal storms, it was a big relief to have a roofer who knew what to look for and helped get the problem resolved. Without their support, the issue likely would have been ignored much longer.

Brett, our sales rep, did an excellent job with our roofing project. He came to the house several times before the work began to go over shingle colors, gutters, downspouts, flashing details, and the project timeline. He answered every question clearly, and whenever I sent an email, I could count on a quick reply. Brett also took care of the communication with the insurance company, including photos, diagrams, estimates, and other roofing paperwork, which made the whole process much easier for us. He was on site each day checking on the crew, making sure the cleanup was done well, and confirming the work was moving along the right way. He even stopped by again after completion to make sure every detail was finished properly. The office team was also very helpful with scheduling, updates, and keeping us informed about any changes. The gutter crew communicated well, and they did a great job with the custom gutter paint to match the home. In Boulder, it was great to work with a roofing company that understood both roofing and gutter work and provided such strong customer service from start to finish. I would gladly recommend them for roof replacement, gutter installation, and related exterior work.

i had my flat roof replaced on my townhome. after getting a bunch of estimates, i found that jared & sons roofers llc offered not just the best price, but also had a great reputation and a solid warranty for their work. they took care of everything, from replacing rotted wood and gutters to downspouts, facia boards, metal coping, and attic vents. even things i mentioned fixing in the future were handled right away, at no extra cost. before the job started, ian called me to say the project manager had looked over the photos and wanted to make sure everything i requested, like colors, was included in the estimate so i'd get exactly what i wanted. i got updates throughout the whole process, which i really appreciated. with colorado weather, it's good to know my roof is built to last. if i ever need more roofing work done, this will be the only company i call.
