  Weird experiences with this company. They did our roof before we moved in but we still have a warranty. We contacted them with an issue and we were passed between 3-4 people to try to get someone to come out to just look at the roof. The company initially at lied about having someone come out here when we weren’t home and I pointed out we have a ring camera and no one had been here. Don’t trust any email communication with them because we have tried to get someone to come out to assess for hail damage and there’s been no response for weeks. The receptionist is very nice but unfortunately the communication then goes to an email and that’s where it seems to fall apart.

I tried to reach you via phone and text the day you left this review. I have not heard back from you. Please contact me directly (970 379 8853) to discuss your interaction with GreenPoint Roofing and for me to better understand where we failed. We use any negative feedback as an opportunity to learn and improve our operations. In this case, I am unsure as to where the breakdown occurred. It is my understanding that you purchased a home from one of our customers. In February of 2023 you made contact with our office stating that you had a roof leak and that it was under warranty. We sent our repair technician to your home of March 1, 2023. He found that there was an issue with your gutters, which were not installed by GreenPoint Roofing. We recommended that you hire a gutter contractor to rectify the issue. At some point after this, you asked if we would be able to repair your soffit and fascia. Unfortunately, we were not able to help with this, as our schedule would not permit and the damage was not caused by our workmanship. We sent you an email on May 16, 2023 stating this, and offering you a roof inspection from the recent hail storm. We did not receive a response from our May 16, email and assumed you were not in need of our inspection services. I am not finding any further correspondence, and am not finding anything additional within our phone call logs or phone records. Again, please contact me directly to discuss this matter. Thank you.   You need to teach your people how to read I guess because my house literally has a big sign out front that says “NO SOLICITING”. I hope you guys know that is illegal and I am VERY unhappy. I will go with ANY other roofing company now.

  Green Point roofing came to our house in April of 2016 to inspect our roof for replacement needs. Through their advice we called our insurance company who provided Green Point with an estimate and initial payment to start work on our roof. The advisor that helped us from Green Point had us sign a page that stated if you are going to proceed with the work, that they would be guaranteed the job. Knowing we wanted to have them perform the work, and in good faith, we signed the contract without realizing there was no written time frame for them to actually perform the work. Suddenly we found ourselves in a spot wondering when our roof would be installed and locked in to their company. There was a certain level of trust we put in this company and goodwill that was not returned. Our roof was installed 2 months later in June and we received a final bill for exactly what the insurance company estimated. I requested an line item invoice of the actual job total as the insurance estimate is never what the job actually costs and I felt like that was fishy. I requested a specific invoice for the job that was actually performed and was not able to be provided one by this company. I was not asking for anything other than the actual cost of the job including all labor, commission, materials, and any other costs (etc.) in order to see if the insurance company over paid or under paid and subsequently what we over paid or underpaid on our percentage based deductible. I will never do business with this company again and I will recommend that anyone that does decide to do business with this company ensure that they will not be paying more than the actual amount of the job performed. I see a greedy company that takes an independent adjusters estimate and charges full pop without consideration of errors, % added in to the estimate for "cuts" etc., or actual costs of the job in real world terms. I am dissatisfied with our roofing agent who missed an appointment with us because

  Our family and friends have used GreenPoint Roofing numerous times to replace roofs and they have always done an excellent job. When we needed a new roof and gutters for a family mountain home, we weren't sure if that was something they would want to do. It was unique because of its location, and we also weren't sure what the condition of the roof would be like under the shingles and metal because of the age of the home. They were the perfect team to walk us through the whole process from start to finish. Nick even sat down with us in person and went over all the options for the roof. It was also a great opportunity to meet the rest of the office team. We appreciated their communication and professionalism whenever we had questions. The quality of the materials and installation were outstanding. The roofing crew did not leave one shingle or nail behind; the property was spotless when the job was complete.   The last storm that came through resulted in a few unexpected leaks in our roof, and I knew I needed someone I could trust to take a look. I called Kevin from Green Point, and he was on our roof within an hour! From the very beginning, Kevin was incredibly professional, responsive, and thorough. He took the time to carefully assess the damage, explain what was going on, and make sure everything was addressed properly. His promptness, attention to detail, and genuine care for his work went above and beyond anything I could have expected.
