I'm still trying to get reconstruction done after my house flooded in November. Yes, flooded, as result of their ineptitude. The owners genuinely DO NOT CARE about the damage they caused. Maybe it was your subcontractor's first time doing a roof, but still shocking how bad this all went. I was able to get professional opinions from licensed roofers, and I think the general consensus is that Roof source has no clue what they're doing. To your reply- I've tried talking to you directly. No, you were not helpful to any of my neighbors - who are also STILL dealing with the aftermath of your company. This is the closest thing to an apology you've said. You've had 6 months to "make it right" as one of your employees claimed you would. Responding to my review is the most effort you've put into any of this.

Jordan, we're truly sorry to hear about your ongoing frustrations and the challenges you're facing. While we understand your disappointment, it's important to clarify that this situation involves an active insurance claim, which limits what we are able to control or expedite directly. From the start, we've addressed everything within our power in a timely and professional manner—including responding within hours of the initial issue. The complexity of your specific situation, including overlapping insurance policies between the HOA and your property, as well as unforeseen asbestos abatement requirements, has unfortunately added significant delays. These are not issues we were made aware of in advance, and they have complicated the reconstruction timeline for everyone involved. We understand that you’ve spoken with other professionals, but we respectfully disagree with the conclusions they’ve shared—especially as they likely have not seen the full scope of the insurance and structural circumstances at play. It's also worth noting that we have always made ourselves available to discuss this matter personally. While online reviews are one way to share feedback, we’ve found that the most productive path forward is through direct, honest, and respectful conversation. Several of your neighbors have chosen that route, and it has led to much more clarity and resolution for all parties involved. We genuinely care about our clients, including you, and would welcome the opportunity to meet with you in person to have a meaningful discussion. Please don’t hesitate to reach out—our door remains open.

With a wet forecast, they left inadequate tarping on the roof for willow lane area, likely causing 10s of thousands of dollars of damage. We have water pouring through the wall and down the cabinets through all the lights. Their emergency line does not work. Update This has not gotten any better. Our hoa management hired code 3, which has done a great job removing water and mitigation of damage. But roof source continues to obstinate in our opinion, our original asks for very reasonable accommodations we're denied, and the only responsible place in town offered is far from adequate due to a lack of work space. The hig hotel we asked for was also only $10 more a night and was a far better fit. That single option was not available over the weekend, and when asking what we should do, we get gas lit. I will leave this quote "We deeply apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. However, we are still trying to run a business, and I can't solve all of these problems." I'm also sorry if fixing your mistakes is an inconvenience, but that is part of running your business, and absolutely, it is your problem to solve. Whos problem it should not be to solve is the tenent that you appear to have botched a roof job and flooded their home. The owner did ask me to remove this review, but the way we are continually treated, I can't in good faith do so. Update 2 3 months and not a single repair as roof source abducted it's responsible for flooding 5 units. Another Inspector was hired to look at the roof pointing that the shingles are laid incorrect in areas, wrong caulking materials used exposed wood and missing flashing and that the job was done poorly can be interpreted by the fi findings

Roof Source was hired by our HOA to replace the roof on our condo building in Fort Collins. Their workers broke through the roof and ceiling of several of the homes in this building, damaging drywall, ceilings, and personal belongings. 2 Days later it rained and they had not completed the repairs. All 3 floors of my home flooded. It has been over a month and no repair work has started, and we are not allowed to access the home. Roofsource is denying liability and not helping with insurance, and we are still not able to live in the home. They denied to help cover alternative living for us and some of our belongings will be thrown out. Avoid working with this company that does not take responsibility for their negligent actions.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. However, we would like to address some inaccuracies in your review and provide clarification regarding the situation: Asbestos Mitigation: It is important to note that your unit, along with others affected, contains asbestos. Asbestos requires a very specific process for mitigation and abatement by a licensed professional, which we have followed to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Claims Process: After the incident that occurred following the heavy snowstorm in early November, we immediately notified both our liability and pollution insurance providers. Two active claims have been opened to address the situation. Accommodation Expenses: We want to clarify that no incurred expenses by homeowners have been denied. We had a conversation with you before this review was posted and requested the receipts for any accommodations you’ve had to make, assuring you that we would take care of them. Collaboration with Insurance and Property Management: We want to reassure you that Roof Source, our insurance company, and your property management company are all working together diligently to resolve this matter. While we are committed to addressing the issue, the restoration process is unfortunately dependent on factors beyond our control. We understand the frustration this situation has caused, and we remain dedicated to resolving it as efficiently as possible. Please continue to work directly with our team for updates, and we will do everything we can to support you during this time.

Schnebly - We are very sorry that you experienced this while driving. We are glad that nobody got hurt and that an accident didn’t occur however we want to make sure to notify our team and keep an eye on this. As you can see we take our reviews very seriously as it is a platform for our customers to report the experience they had with us during a roofing construction project. If you call the office we would be happy to get you in touch with the owner’s to further discuss this matter but would appreciate if you would be so kind in helping our business grow removing this one star review. Thank you for letting us know about this and respectfully for your consideration.

We recently had our roof redone and had an absolutely great experience from start to finish. Brian Williams was fantastic to work with professional, and responsive. He took the time to explain the entire process, answered all of our questions, and made sure everything ran smoothly. The crew was efficient, respectful of our property, and did a beautiful job. They cleaned up after finishing. The quality of the work really shows, and we couldn’t be happier with the final result. If you’re looking for a reliable roofing company with excellent customer service, I highly recommend working with Brian and his team!

I am the Assistant Chief Engineer for the Sheraton Denver Downtown, We have been using Roof Source for almost a year now and I have nothing but praise for them. Stephen Cram has been our service manager and his professionalism and knowledge has been and critical for us in a hospitality environment. I also had a friend, their house had a leak, I reached out to Stephen and he had someone out the same day to assist her, Truly above and beyond. Jose and Pedro are two of the hardest working people I have ever met, Jose has over 20 years experience and it shows, I jokingly told him can you touch all my plumbing cause it seems like whatever you touch, it stops leaking. I highly recommend Roof Source for any and all roofing need, Commercial and Residential.

Brian Williams went above and beyond as my project manager to have my roof replaced. He explained the process thoroughly, met with my insurance adjusters numerous times to answer their questions, and helped get the insurance claim approved when initially it was denied. The construction team was fast, courteous, and did a fantastic job cleaning up.

Brian Williams of Roof Source LLA was our Project Manager for our home's roof replacement. This project required coordination with other contractors and the City Government to keep our project on schedule. Brian provided suggestions and guidance that helped to make our project successful. Brian ensured that our schedule was met based on other activities/appointments we had at the time when our project was getting started. He was responsive to our calls and quickly addressed any changes or clarifications we had regarding the work and/or the contract terms and conditions. We would gladly work with him and Roof Source LLC on another project should the need arise.

Brian Williams from Roof Source was great to work with. He was very responsive when there was an unexpected schedule change as well as when we questioned whether the promised gutter work had been completed.

My family was referred to Preston Nimtz by a family friend and are extremely happy that we worked with him. Preston and his team were incredibly efficient, accommodating, and communicated things wonderfully. Roof Source handled all of the insurance claims and even managed to complete construction on my roof in 1 day! Most of my neighbors had their roofs replaced after the hailstorm and they were shocked that construction our roof was completed in a single day. The workmanship and clean up job were great as well.

Brian was amazing! Super attentive to our needs. He even came out on his own personal time with all of the swatches to make sure we got the look we wanted! The roof turned out amazing!
