How many "no soliciting" signs does it take to not be harassed with advertisement in my home? Don't ring the door bell, do not bother the cranky home owner. I will never buy from a door knocker, you have disturbed the sanctity of my home with your capitalistic greed and you should be ashamed Shame! Shame! Shame!

Do not hire unless you like the liability of guys working on your roof unsecured. The neighbors just got their roof installed and the roofers wear full body harnesses to give the illusion they are being safe, but they will not tie in to a lifeline.

The video inspection they did for us (scheduled under my husband’s name) was cavalier and bordered on rude- referred to our roof as a throwback. They didn’t examine the entire roof and, worst of all, when we got a second and then third opinion, their analysis was incorrect. It may not be entirely their fault, but it’s clear even from the video and then the additional inspections we got, the person they sent out just isn’t familiar with the type of roof we have. Obviously, we have chosen to go elsewhere and feel a lot better with that decision. Edit: I did find his comments rude; however my bigger issue is he didn’t even bother to inspect the entire roof- in the video says, “I’m not going to to look at the shingles, just the flat roof.” He also clearly had no experience with flat roofs as the two additional roofing companies said we did not need a new roof and he said we did, very cavalierly acting like stressing us out (for no reason) about suddenly needing a new roof (which again two additional companies said we didn’t) was no big deal and kind of funny because our roof was such a throwback because it is flat.

    Reply from the business

Good morning Mrs Cooper. My name is Steve owner of Red Rock Roofing please feel free to give me a call directly to discuss any issues you might have. From my understanding your biggest frustration is that we called your roof a throwback roof and I sincerely apologize if you found this offensive I have already spoken with the team that they need to be aware of things that they say however I don't think any ill intent was made from it. You can ask for me directly by calling the office.

Truly unacceptable to look at a No Soliciting sign and choose to ring the doorbell anyway Gentleman paced in front of my neighbors house before coming to mine in the Cattail Ponds neighborhood I asked him why he would ring even with a sign, he acknowledged he saw it but just wanted to check Rude, disrespectful, immature. There's a reason for these signs.

    Reply from the business

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this caused. We understand the importance of respecting "No Soliciting" signs and will address this with our team to ensure it does not happen again. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we appreciate the opportunity to improve.

PROTECT YOURSELF by adding to your contract that RRR cannot 1)unilaterally switch product without your written agreement 2)threaten or place a lien until there is lack of payment after the contracted for roofing material has been installed;3)RRR will reply in writing to all data requests from you or your insurer within 5 days or provide written reason for delay within 5 days.4)Create a written record as soon as anything feels odd.5)Contact the Attorney Generals office and your Chamber of Commerce in writing immediately if problems arise&provide your documented proof.6) Post here. My insurance company has encouraged me to post because it seems that a deceptive business practice has occurred with the roofing product that has recently been installed by RRR.RRR unilaterally switched the contracted for shingles with no warning or ability to have researched a different product.RRR had never said or sent anything in writing about the possibility of any other materials. The only reason that I know that a switch occurred is because I had asked for the leftover shingle packages, that I could see in the front yard when RRR was done working on the roof, to be moved to the back porch.I subsequently realized that my roof now has a mix of Owens Corning and Atlas Pinnacle Impact shingles versus the Owens Corning Duration Storm (OC DS) complete roofing system shown in my RRR contract. During the first conversation between my insurer and RRR, RRR 1) refused to follow the contract by installing the OC DS and 2) threatened a lien on my property concerning RRR’s supplemental billing: a billing I had never seen and didn’t see until typing such into a follow up email to RRR. After weeks of my insurer and I waiting for RRR to prove equivalency between the contracted for OC DS roofing system versus the mix upon the roof currently, I saw these words in an email from RRR,  “…The options would have been to wait an extended period of time or make the change…”. WHY WEREN'T WE GIVEN AN OPTION?

Deb, I am extremely disheartened to see this type of response although it does not surprise me per the many emails that were sent back and forth to satisfy all of your requests. I have never responded to any review in this fashion but thought the public has a right to know our side this time. This year was one of Colorado's largest hail years and due to that came many material shortages that were made known to every one of our customers thus leading to the need for many last second manufacturer changes. We were extremely transparent with this process and guaranteed that every change would be with a like for like or for a more superior product of the same color, type, style, class etc. This was the same case for you along with about 60% of our other customers this year. Upon request within 48 hours we submitted all warranty and materials spec sheets to show that all warranties and specs were same or superior to the original contract and color was the exact same as well as the materials were on your driveway for days prior to your install as well as you were told of the change and had the option to opt out at that point. We never avoided any of your requests post the job and were always prompt to answer. I have been doing this for 8 years and have never filed a lien on anyone's property as we diligently work to be flexible with clients and their needs. Never was a lien threatened. Our billing is extremely transparent as it very clearly expresses our billing process within our contract in how we bill the insurance etc and never do we or have we deterred from that practice and even ensure that each client reads, agrees and acknowledges the billing process in which you had. Bottom line, for us here at RRR, is that we work very hard to EARN our reputation and have almost 300 five star reviews with less than a handful of bad reviews usually due to a lack of communication somewhere through the process or misunderstanding but to put this online and try to educate our c

Bradon was prompt, courteous and professional. I loved how well he explained the entire process including reviewing the evaluation video of our existing roof and the level of detail of what would be included with our new roof. Several neighbors have also used RedRock and I would highly recommend Bradon.

Andy Griffith, yes THE Andy Griffith came by, looked in my attic and almost immediately let me know I did not have a roof leak, but rather a condensation issue with my in-attic AC. Andy then climbed up on my roof to prove his theory that the roof was NOT leaking even from solar panels. This free roof inspection saved me $, time and gave me peace of mind. Andy also showed me a video he took from my roof with his comments. Thank you Red Rock Roofing!

    Reply from the business

Thank you, Sean! Sounds like Andy gave you the full detective treatment! We’re glad he could track down the real issue and save you from paying for a roof repair you didn’t need. The video inspections are especially helpful for showing exactly what’s going on up there. Thanks for the great review, and we’ll make sure Andy sees this one.

I called after noticing some broken roof tiles and I was put in touch with Bradon. He showed up that afternoon, inspected the roof entirely to see if there was any other damage I hadn't noticed (there was), and I had a quote later that day. He was communicative, showed me the damage, and gave me periodic updates. Two days later the roof is fixed, and I couldn't be happier about the turnaround time and the results. Thanks to Bradon and the crew, the process was super smooth from start to finish, we appreciate it!

    Reply from the business

Thank you, Troy. That's a turnaround we love to hear about. Brandon caught the additional damage, kept you updated, and had the repairs wrapped up within two days. We'll pass this along to Brandon and the crew.

We had hail damage and had to replace our roof. Nicola came out for the initial assessment and he was very knowledgeable and patient. He walked us through in great detail of what his team was going to do and how long it would take, what materials they would use, so on so forth. We had a couple of other quotes but ultimately decided to go with Nicola and his team because we felt confident that we would be in great hands. We weren’t wrong. The crew came out and worked on the roof in 100 degree Colorado heat for two days, did a great job cleaning up afterwards. We now have a beautiful roof and they even fixed our gutter free of charge. We are very happy with the service Nicola and his team provided and would recommend them to anyone we know.

    Reply from the business

Thank you, Yujun! We're glad Nicola and the team earned your confidence from that first inspection and carried it all the way through the project. And a big shoutout to the crew for pushing through that Colorado heat! We hope you enjoy the new roof for many years to come.

I have significant damage to my roof from a hail storm. Andy Taylor from Red Rock roofing stopped by to evaluate the damage. He even came back and temporarily fixed a portion that could have caused a lot more damage if not for him. He explained the billing with my insurance in a language I could understand as I know nothing about roofing. I highly recommend Red Rock Roofing for all of your roofing needs. Ask for Andy. They are the best!!

    Reply from the business

Thank you, Jane. We're sorry to hear about the hail damage, but we're glad Andy was there to help. Taking the time to prevent further damage, explain the insurance process in a way that makes sense, and be there when you need us is exactly what we strive for. We'll make sure Andy sees your kind words. We truly appreciate your recommendation.
