  The experience was more stressful than I expected. The project didn’t start on time, and there were several delays along the way. I understand that delays can happen, but the lack of communication made it worse. When the roof was finally completed, it didn’t look as neat as I had hoped. There were visible inconsistencies, which made me question the overall quality of the work

  I do not recommend them. I contracted them to stop a leak from my Sunroom roof, after a bad snow storm in Memphis. Ask them several times in the beginning were they familiar with Sunroom panel roof, was told by Chris, yes they were. Once completed Job did look good, however the Mule-hide product they put down on to the seams of the roof continue to leak thru from heavy rains, Was told I had a 2 years warranty, but each time they came out they wanted to put the blame on the gutters, which was not the problem, and was even told we don't do Sunrooms anyway. Then why take my money if you don't do Sunrooms . The problem was they should have never, put Mule-hide product on a Sunroom, I was later told by a Sunroom Specialist.

  This company is fantastic! They put in a new roof and also replaced and painted our siding. Our house looks brand new! They even replaced our light bulbs while up there and now you can see how beautiful the house looks at night as well. They worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. Everyone was excellent, from the owners to the workers onsite. I highly recommend using this company for all your roofing and siding needs! Thank you James Russel!

  We engaged James Russell Roofing for a roof replacement and after receiving a very reasonable quote, we were able to get on their schedule and have a fully replaced roof within 2 weeks. They did a wonderful job. Communicated well the entire time, were super professional, and left a really clean job. 10/10 would use again.

  I used James Russell Roofing for a house I have in Memphis. I live in another area of the United States and working with Jaime through emails was very easy. The project was completed thoroughly and in a timely manner. I highly recommend for all your roofing needs.

  This company was incredibly professional. They explained what was needed and what would be done. When the work crew was on site, they explained the problems that they saw. They took pictures of the roof as they went along and once they completed the job. We are quite satisfied with this company.

  Great company to work with. I needed a partial roof replacement. They worked with me within the bounds of what my insurance company would pay. They showed up when they said they would, and finished the work on the same day. They even went above and beyond, replacing a few missing shingles on other parts of the roof. They are very responsive by both phone and email. They made the process very easy.

  James Russell Roofing did an outstanding job on our 3100 sq ft house. They responded within 2-3 days to look at the roof and gave us an estimate quickly. Once we selected the shingles they delivered and began work the week following. It’s hard to find a timeline like that in today’s world.
