Beware this company did work on the roof where i was recently working last month. This guys company employees damaged the windshield on my vehicle while working on the roof which the failed to take any nessessary steps which they should have had the employees at the store move their vehicles. No warning was given that they were working on the roof of the building. They have since not called me back and refuse to cover the cost of the damages.

I think everyone needs to beware of you Mr. Serrano, as someone trying to take advantage of a situation in order to get your pre-existing damage fixed on your windshield that had nothing to do with us. Ceramic roof granules would never … More

Receptionista is unsure if replacing 8 corners of drip edge would cost under their threshold of $750.00. I guarantee if it is, they clearly are not going to replace it to code. They are not worth a call for a written quote, you will not get accuracy.

First of all Ma'am you were told that we send a service crew out to review repairs (as we don't use a dedicated estimator on repairs) and if its a minor repair, which is less than $750.00 we make the repair onsite and invoice accordingly … More

I called this company to get an estimate or possible price projection of a roof repair. The man on the phone proceeded to tell me that they do not perform estimates. They just do the work and bill you basically. Very unprofessional in my opinion especially to someone who would not have knowledge on average cost of a roof repair. He wouldn't even let me describe the repair needed over the phone. I would take your business elsewhere.

Hello Jonathan. I apologize for your experience and believe our associate didn't explain things properly to you on how we conduct roof repair calls. We get a large amount of repair/service calls into our office and its hard for us to go … More

They never returned my phone call. What's the point of having an answering machine if you don't return phone calls.

  Reply from the business

Scott sorry to hear your phone call wasn't returned. This is certainly not like our office staff and will be inquiring with them what may have happened. Would love the opportunity to discuss this matter if you have the time. Thank you. steve2@jamesroofinginc.com

I would actually give no stars if I could. They were simply asked to move their vehicle over so I could get in the driveway and they threatened to put a bullet in my brain'! Really! They won't be finishing the job

What job was this related to Sandra? Would love to talk to you over the phone as i have not heard anything about this matter. 727-289-7171 ask for Steve. Thanks.

Hired James Roofing based on a recommendation from a friend who had used them. The estimate was done quickly and the work scheduled and completed within a few days. They fixed the problem I had hired another company to do. The other company charged 7 times the amount and didn't touch the issue. I would not hesitate to work with them again in the future.

We have used James Roofing for roof repairs and most recently for a new roof for our home and garage/shed. They did an outstanding job. Very high level of professionalism, outstanding work and total cleanup after the job was completed. They also worked with us as we have a family member on the autism spectrum and they worked around a schedule to allow for minimal disruption. We highly recommend them. Steven was absolutely amazing to work with. After being stood up, and have the run around by 2 different roofers-Steven and his crew REALLY helped me out. It was an absolute delight to work with them. So professional and SO quick! I will absolutely refer all my family and friends to them. So thankful I found them to help.
