I've stopped by this location and they do not have an office here. Also I've called and called and email to try to get warranty info but they haven't returned my call. They did well with the install but their customer service is lacking.

Trevor - someone will be in touch with you soon. We just received your request via email about 4 hours ago. Also, our best physical location is our address on the north west corner of Indy in the Park 100 area. We will get your repair taken care of!

Our business worked with Jackson Contracting in the past on our dental practice. We recently turned an old Discount Tire into a state of the art dental practice, and we had A LOT of leaks we found after the first big storm. We called Jackson around 8am and we had someone to our practice within the hour. They not only went up on the roof, but they professionally flew a drone to not only get a better idea of what was going on, but they were able to show us exactly what they were seeing to help us understand as well. They came out and patched up all the areas we were dealing with the leak... We then sat down and spoke to Rob and Sam on a plan for our building. One of the issues we had was from a metal piece that had flipped up on the side of our building and then hit the entire roof while it was flying around, basically "poking holes". Jackson walked us through the plan, kept us informed on where we were, the steps we were taking, and had the job done very quick. I would HIGHLY recommend their services. Thank you so much for your help on keeping all of us stress free at our business, and now our building and roof looks even more beautiful with the custom metal work that Jackson did for us. Thank you!

I was impressed with the organization, speed, and care of the working crew. They finished the whole roof in a day and left our yard cleaner than they found it. The whole process was seamless and without unpleasant surprises.

Very good company to work with. They removed the shingles from our house and replaced three sheets of decking. They installed metal roofing on our house and garage all in one day. We are very satisfied with the quality of work done.

If you need roofing done shingle or metal these are the folks to hire. Johnathan the owner will do the job correct or make it right. He not only does a great job but enjoys what he does and that makes a huge difference. I highly recommend Jackson Contracting.

Not only did great actual work on my roof, but we're great to do business with, especially in the post-install time period. They have promptly and kindly communicated with me at every turn, and they helped me work through my insurance to ensure the entire process went smoothly! Very glad to have worked with them and definitely would again in the future!

The Bainbridge team from Jackson Contracting, Inc. put up an amazing looking metal roof on my hundred year old home. One very minor issue that was a major concern for me. They made good. The project manager came out in timely manoma and fixed it on spot . Great company! I absolutely would recommend them!

We have supplier relationships in the area and we're actually here if something comes up after the job is done. Jackson Contracting is rooted in this community.
