  They were walking around advertising their company in my neighborhood after the storms in May. I recently decided that I wanted some exterior work so I tried to reach out. I’ve called three or four times, filled out their contact form, sent messages and not a peep from them. If they aren't taking clients or don't want the job they should have just said so, I wouldn't care, but their horrible (just nonexistent) communication tells a lot about how they operate. I would not recommend wasting time trying to reach them if you are looking for quotes.

  Amazing company to use for roofing, siding, and construction. Jack worked with us from start to finish on an insurance claim, was through on providing details and pictures to insurance. Once approved through insurance Jack and his team provided great customer service on supplies to be picked out, ordering, and answering any questions we had during the construction phase. Very hard working team who does the work on the property. My only regret is not using this company for our roof, as we worked with another company prior to finding Jackaroo for our siding. Highly recommend this company.

  Very professional company. Worked with Glenn and Jack. We were originally denied by our insurance but Glenn continued fighting for us until the process was complete! The new roof is beautiful and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else besides Jacakrroo!

  We worked with Joel for our roof replacement. This was our first time replacing a roof because of hail damage. Joel was here when the insurance inspector checked out the roof. The whole process was explained and everything went according to the plan Joel laid out. We are very pleased with the end result and the ease with which it was accomplished.
