Was not taking on “small projects” what kind of company says that to a customer. Very unprofessional.

We apologize for your dissatisfaction, however due to a mass influx of new clients our small projects list is just to full for us to accept new customers seeking to have a small section of roofing replaced. We wish you all the best in your search.

Leaves their signs all over the place and never removes them.

We do apologize if a sign was placed in your yard by accident , we typically place them in a customers yard when a job is completed. Please feel free to give our office a call with your address and we will remove it right away. Thank you

What a treat to work with. Start to finish! They were extremely communicative with coming out for a quote, follow-up questions, numerous customizations, and addressing any issues or thoughts we had throughout the whole process. Proper 5 stars.

James and his team were amazing, from working with the office on setting up the work and the crew that did the roof. They were able to replace our whole roof in one day, and took lots of care to not leave lots of trash and debris. The price was great, they are so kind and accommodating.

Awesome staff and very professional. We love how our new roof looks. We would definitely recommend JP & Family, it's worth to at least receive a free estimate from them and you will also get honest answers to your questions which is rare these days. Brent

This company is fair and quick. James and the guys did a super job. Never came to me with problems, only solutions. They helped us repair skylights that were not even covered in the contract with no additional cost. I have been a return …

JP & Family sent a crew of 30 people to replace an entire roof in one single day the day before it snowed. The tenants on the top floor were forever grateful, as was my client. JP & Family got the job done in a professional manner and thoroughly cleaned up after the install. I have continued to refer you and also thank you for adding venting in my roof on short notice. Great communication!

I couldn't have been more impressed with my entire experience in needing to have my roof replaced. Not only were they professional in all aspects, they replaced the roof in a single day. The personalized communication and attention to detail were outstanding - the crew doing the actual work was truly amazing, even if they did sound like a herd of elephants taking off the old shingles. It was also nice to work with someone local who I knew would stand behind the workmanship and product. I would recommend them any day of the week!

I hired JP and family to remove our old roofing and put on new roofing. They did the whole job in one day. They did a fabulous job. The roof looks great. They cleaned up the entire yard. I found no debris left behind. They were efficient and hard working. I would hire them again anytime I need roofing done.

We used JP & Family after we had significant damage from a storm to our roof. They were extremely responsive, professional, and did a fabulous job re-doing our roof. There was constant communication regarding arrival time and what work was getting completed, etc. They cleaned up after they were done and came back to double check for nails. All the workers were polite and respectful. I would recommend this company without reservation. It’s hard to find a company with their work ethic these days.
