Over time, every roof starts to show signs of wear, especially with the constant exposure to Florida sun and heavy rain. Materials can break down gradually, even if there are no obvious leaks at first. JKey Roofing works with homeowners in Gainesville to evaluate roof condition and plan ahead for repairs or replacement before issues escalate. Taking a proactive approach helps avoid unexpected damage and keeps your home protected year-round.May 14, 2026
