  Called this company up after finding them on google & seeing their reviews. They set up an appt - the guy was a no call/no show. I called them back - no return phone call. I called another Bloomfield roofer - guy was at my house in 3 hours & fixed the problem right then & there. That's all you had to do, Landerman - and you failed.

  I am glad that you were able to get your roofing issue resolved. When you initially called I explained that were fully booked and that I would contact you the next week prior to coming out. When I called the next week to schedule a time as discussed, you explained that the work had been completed. We always do our best to service our clients as quickly as possible and clearly communicate our time frame. We apologize for any inconvenience.

  They talk the talk but they surely don't walk the walk. All they had to do was install bathroom vents. Comes to find out they cut corners and did not do the job right. I tried calling but no answer. Now the Association hired a new contractor and they said this roofing company did it wrong and they will have to redo everything jj landerman roofing has done.

  I had a great experience with J.J. Landerman Roofing. I spoke with several roofing companies before deciding who to go with, and what really stood out about Landerman was their no-pressure approach. They were straightforward, answered my questions, and never made me feel like I had to make a decision on the spot. The crew was excellent as well. They were knowledgeable, professional, and did a great job. The foreman especially impressed me. He clearly knew what he was doing, paid attention to the details, and was always willing to answer my questions and explain things along the way. The whole process went smoothly from start to finish, and I’m very happy with the finished product. I would definitely recommend J.J. Landerman to anyone looking for a roofing company.

  J. J. Landerman has been very helpful to us over the years, whenever we had problems with our original roof. We recently worked with Jennifer Wynn, President of J. J. Landerman, to begin a complete replacement of our roofing. She helped us figure out our needs, and identified the complete process and materials required. Her price was reasonable, and there were no surprises in the contract we signed. Jenn's roofers were a team headed by Anderson and included many others. They were all very competent and efficient workers, and the job proceeded well. Jenn and Anderson were great to work with. As the job proceeded, Anderson identified the need to improve roof vents. With my approval Anderson's team made the needed improvements at no additional charge. Anderson even repaired a downspout that was not part of the job. The job was completed in two days in spite of temperatures in the 90's and interruptions for some rain. The finished roof looks amazing. Cleanup was exceptional. We did not find any nails or other hazardous debris. Many of our neighbors noticed this job in progress and are going to seek quotes from Jenn for their own roof. I highly recommend you seek out J. J. Landerman and Jenn for your roofing needs.

  Back in February I had a serious ice dam situation and reached out to JJ Landerman. I was impressed at how responsive they were. I was going to be leaving on a trip and they were able to accommodate my schedule and showed up early and got the job done. They were also reasonable on the price which I appreciated.

  Jen and her crew were awesome!! From Jen trying to help and patients with insurance company with her staff doing the roof on a Saturday was amazing. There was no evidence that they were there. It’s will be my forever roofers. Jen was still the best!!!
