They did not show up to give an estimate, even after repeated calls.

Waited 6 weeks for a bid. Called once a week the entire month of October (10/7, 10/11, 10/20, 10/28) and received excuse after excuse. Told I didn't call the right number or they already sent it. I did receive multiple calls from someone asking questions and each time I had to remind them what was discussed the prior call. Three different times I was told Brant would send a bid. Called today one final time and essentially told "they already did this." Apparently they don't need the business.

Super easy to work with and they were very fair with the pricing. Austin and the rest of the team kept us updated along the whole project before and after completion. Whole roof replaced in 1.5 days including cleanup.

We had J&S install a new metal roof over our existing shingles. Everything turned out great and we are very pleased. The crew was pleasant and were very neat and tidy during the job. They took extra care to not damage any of our landscaping. The new roof looks wonderful and our insurance company is happy now!!
