To begin with I had multiple quotes. Ricardo spent the most time and was always available at the quote stage even before the contract, e.g., took a large sample and put on roof so we could really see how the color would go. The quote was fair and reasonable; further we saw work he had previously done. His team (not subcontractors but his employees) really took care of our property. All plants covered; covered the deck with plywood to prevent damage, angled plywood against the house to prevent damage, etc. When all was done didn't even find a single nail! Completed the work in two days. Have received complements from neighbors as well. And further his certification with GAF provides the best warranty! Highly recommend J&R!

When water was leaking inside my 3 season room, after owning this house for 10 years, I called Ricardo to seek advice on what to do. My husband sent out videos and a few pictures to see if it was something he could help with. He scheduled a day to come out and finished fixing the problem in one day. He was very clean, dedicated, organized and precise. He is very friendly and respectful of our home.
