Sorry, I have to revise my previous review of this business. I had a very positive experience with KM five years ago, so I thought I would contact them again for gutter replacements. I scheduled an appointment. They didn’t show up. So I …

If you decide to have this company side/gutter your house, I urge you to go somewhere else. The roof went great and without a hitch. When it came to the siding there were huge gaps between what was expected and what was delivered. The communication/planning gaps were non stop and with the overall quality of install was terrible. Jagged cuts, j channel falling off, and photoed you can see where the facia was damaged where it met the siding before. I was told “it’s fine.” An absolute nightmare and the most cash I’ve ever spent. **Update a year later. Siding is beginning to curl and fall down. Pictures to come**

Hi Marty! I am sorry you're having issues with your siding. You do have a warranty and we would love the opportunity to inspect and make it right. This could be a manufacturer issue, or in the event it is a workmanship issue we would love to fix it.

I was excited to work with this company given their online reviews. However, the company overall is either overwhelmed with inquiries or just disorganized- maybe both. Over the course of two months I called 2-3 times before I was able to …

Had some damage to our roof and reached out to this company for an estimate. They asked to email pictures which I did, and we booked and appointment. I was home all day yesterday. Nobody showed up and nobody called. What a complete waste of time! Now that I have your attention via Google Reviews you might want to update your office phone number on your google listing to match. Also, if you have a guy named Victor that works for you, he never showed up. I asked if I had the right place before booking because I called several places before this one.

I was really disappointed with KM Construction. We called for what was advertised as a free estimate of a leak in our ceiling. Victor was very polite, but spent less than 10 minutes looking at the ceiling and didn't look at the roof, but …

We are sorry you are having this issue. We did provide a FREE estimate the same day (January 6th) we came to your property. The $400 estimate was to have our service team come out to do an in depth health inspection, roof maintenance and also try to do a repair if possible. It is impossible for us to send out 2 man team for a few hours for $100-$150 like you suggested. We hope you can get this issue resolved and we still recommend calling the previous roofer or manufacturer as this should be covered under warranty given it’s a new roof.

We've had a great experience using KM Construction. KM has helped us rebuild an 1890 farmhouse and we couldn't be happier with the workmanship. Roof, exterior wrap, vinyl and windows!

Victor and the KM team were immensely helpful and attentive throughout our experience. Our roof and gutters were severely damaged during a storm, but we had no success trying to work with our insurer directly to get the necessary repairs approved for coverage Victor navigated the entire claim submission and burden of proof process for us, and he successfully secured the insurance coverage we deserved. He then coordinated all of the repair work and the end product is a beautiful new roof and gutter system. We can't thank Victor enough for his expert claim management service and for the quality roofing system installed by his team at KM Construction!
