  The overall communication with this company I felt, was very poor. It started when I questioned Berry on somethings and he started yelling at me. Next, with the scheduler, we discussed what we wanted to get done and what we did not. We agreed, but when it came to doing the work, they did all of it. The day that they did it I was working and could not question it. Finally, when I had a question about the invoice, they started to yell at me again and went into some law being passed. All I wanted to know was if they were going to send me the invoice. They made a comment about how they normally ask for more money upfront... Overall, the work they contracted out was fine, but the communication just sucked.

  I have been driving by this place for 2 years it opened and they bought maybe 10-20 brand new ford f150 trucks decked out and stickered with there logo.In the 2 years i have not see 1 customer go into this place its extremely suspicious looking.All i see is a big party bus on the side snow mobiles inside the only time i ever seen a garage door open strange also.No business being conducted ever that i see.Seems like a money laundering business how can you make money if your trucks never leave the lot they are always there.I see at least 1 new car they by a cadillac escalade -a bmw a charger always a new car out front.I assume it opened and was a storm chaser place but see no body working out of it or customers going in im sure it will close down soon now.Your trucks have been outside for 6 months with flat tires none of them have moved.Not one human has entered does no one else find this strange.Ozarks series.

  Talked us into filing a claim for storm damage and I should have gone with my gut and told them to kick rocks. Been almost 6 months with little to no communication, our insurance is dropping us for the one and only claim we’ve ever made and they still have no contacted us to do the work the insurance did end up approving.

  Just watched their employee drive like an absolute idiot down Chappel Hill Rd (blue sports car - Bestung). Peels out crossing 120 and pulls into the parking lot. Think twice before acting like a moron - you’re a grown man. Act like it No - it was definitely an employee. I watched him use a key to get in the side door while I was stopped at that stop light.

  We had a wonderful experience with New American Home Improvement! They replaced our roof and did an incredible job. The entire project was completed in just a day and a half, and the finished roof looks fantastic. The crew was professional, efficient, and did an excellent job cleaning everything up when they were finished. You honestly wouldn’t even know they had been here other than having a beautiful new roof! Aron was also extremely helpful throughout the process. He took the time to answer our questions and clear up some confusion, which made the entire process much easier and gave us peace of mind. We really appreciated his communication and willingness to help. We are extremely happy with the quality of their work and would absolutely recommend New American Home Improvement to anyone looking for roofing service

  The boys came out and did the job in one day. They cleaned up after themselves so well you wouldn't be able to tell anyone was there. Even ran a magnet around and collected all the nails. Their representative Marty Voss is a no b.s. kind of guy and likeable.

  We had a great experience with this roofing company from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and kept the job site clean throughout the process. Communication was clear, and they completed the project on time as promised. The roof looks fantastic, and we’re very happy with the quality of work. Highly recommend!

  The company was very good on communication, on helping us get our roof approved and answering any question regarding the roof. I was also very impressed on the efficiency of the installers and the clean up was excellent!

  Finally...after 3.5 years of dealing with my insurance company because of roof damage, New American Home Improvement had a representative stop by. He advised me that they have a private adjuster who works with insurance company's. The adjuster worked with my insurance company and fought for me and showed more damage leading to total replacement coverage. I dealt with other company's to start a new claim but no one responded. New American Home Improvement responded the very next day and I am pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend!!
