  Saw a pink roofing truck driving on 355 northbound and he almost caused an accident because he wouldn’t let another car in on the merge. Later while driving I attempted to pass him and he tried changing lanes to hit me. I knew it was on purpose because he locked eyes with me as I passed him. The truck had a “YeeYee” sticker on the back glass. If they’re that reckless on the road think about how they handle business.

  Over the years, we have had our share of 'Storm Chaser' roofing companies at our door, and my husband always turned them away because he never trusted them. A few years ago my brother and sister had companies that came out, replaced their roofs, did a nice job and accepted what insurance paid with no out of pocket costs whatsoever. So this past May when Renowned came around my husband thought 'what the heck' and went for it. They did work with insurance and when their sales rep came by with the contract and paperwork, he mentioned the insurance deductible but said 'we work this out so that you have no out of pocket costs'. Big mistake to believe him. The roofers came as scheduled and spent about 14 hours on a super hot day and did a good job, which is why I gave this review 2 stars for them. Following the replacement, Renowned continued to submit 'supplemental' insurance claims after the fact, including charging for the detach/reattachment of my satellite dish, which while a smaller fee, we asked them to remove and NOT reattach since we cut the cord several years ago. We have the original pre-start checklist dated 6/8/19 that clearly states to detach and throw away that is signed by us as well as Ryan Johnson, the salesperson from Renowned. The original job agreement dated 6/8/19 was 9683.66 and in the ensuing weeks after the roof was replaced with no further inspections or ordering of any additional materials, our final balance ended up 11,245 - more than 2500 from the original quote and then charged me for my $1000 deductible. Now I understand how deductibles work, but in my siblings and neighbors experience with other 'Storm Chasers', they accepted what insurance paid, and that was what we were led to believe. When I voiced my concerns about the fraudulent charge for reattaching my dish, they waived $42 of the $105.83 fee for that, but held firm on the deductible. Then I spoke to an Amy who took my payment info for the deductible and she said she was going to

  The roof turned out great, but they told the loan company that their work was done when its not. Still waiting for chimney repair. So, now I have the loan company after me and trying to get this resolved has been a nightmare.

  Was very pleased with the job done in a timely manner, however I'm still finding nails and screws in my yard and pieces of siding. I also am very glad I walked the yard because I found a box cutter blade in my yard! I have little ones playing out there every day! The day of the siding job multiple pictures and decorations were knocked off my walls and were broken. I contacted 3 people about it and NOTHING WAS DONE! The left over siding sat in my yard for almost 2 weeks on pallets killing my grass. I guess they were quick to do the job but could care less about the satisfaction of their overall job!

  I think these guys are scammers. Were going door to door in my neighborhood yesterday, came to my door and told me my roof looked really bad and they see I am selling my home and that can have a bad impact on the sale...little do these odiot scammers know my roof is just over 6 months old and in prestine condition! Wish I could upload a picture for you all to see. I am missing literally 1 shingle from a storm a couple months back and have had 3 companies all say my roof is perfect!

  Not sure who you are. Or if this is an honest review. But if my guy saw a missing shingle he was probably trying to help you. If your roof is only 6 months old and missing shingles that company should definitely honor a warranty and help you get it fixed could be a huge red flag as something isn’t right. Also If other companies are willing to tell you the roof is perfect, I would hope one of them fixed that for you. Wish you nothing but the best. If your shingle still needs to be fixed we’re here to help.

  The way these folks went about the job, it looks like these 5* reviews are all fake. We had water in basemwnt, a shingle down on floor and couple other minor drips coming in from roof. They pushed me to have a claim filed with insurance with conviction that there is wind and hail damage that will be totally covered. Their sales guy over estimated the cost of repairs for interior leaks that it toally made sense to proceed wiyh claim, even if roof was denied. The guy was so convincing about roof condition saying there are so many lose shingles up there that its dangerous to walk on roof. Insurance adjuster came and nothing. One, they showed up almost 40 minutes after adjuster came in and they were almost done with roof assessment with absolutely no input from this company. They didnt even challenge adjusters assessment and quitely watched the drama. We ended up withdrawing claim from insurance as there was so little damage that insurance will cover and with our deductible it wasnt worth it. The insurance adjusters offer was to the 10th of what these guys were estimating. And after adjuster was done, they were like we will come out and evaluate adjusters assessment ourselves and after that have heard nothing. You would think they would want to follow up and work on estimating roof replacement and the basemwnt work but no. Seems to me their only motive is to look for hefty payouts from insurance policies. Such shady business practices puts a doubt in our mind about genuine contracters as well.. Use them at your own risk. They wont hesitate to promise you the moon.

  Not all adjusters respond or agree with our findings and unfortunately yours fell in that category. I can assure you we’re far from shady. We wanted to provide a great service for you and got blocked. We fought with the insurance company from our office for a while but they never agreed to come look at it again. If our office didn’t update you I sincerely apologize. That’s not how it should’ve happened. Last year saw a lot of growth and came new challenges. We have improved our communication to ensure this doesn’t happen to others as well.

  They did an outstanding job replacing my roof after a tree fell on my house, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the whole Pink Roofing team was professional, responsive, and clearly cared about getting my home back to normal as quickly as possible. When the tree damage first happened, they came out promptly, walked me through the roof damage in detail, and gave me an honest, straightforward assessment of what needed to be done. They also helped guide me through the insurance process. On the day of the job, the crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. They protected my landscaping, kept the area around my home clean, and had the new roof installed in a single day without cutting corners. By the time they left, you would never have known a tree had come down on my house—except that the new roof actually looks better than the original. The quality of their workmanship really shows: the lines are straight, the shingles are perfectly aligned, and everything is sealed up tight so I have full confidence my home is protected for years to come.
