Svaras roofing replaced the roof on our home in 2019. We purchased the home in 2020. In 2022 we had to replace the entire wooden chimney chase because the roofing flashing was not properly installed. Additionally, the flashing up against …

Peter gave valuable recommendations and suggestions to increase the life of my new roof. He was prompt and fair when the job required extra unforseen work. Fast, efficient, and fair.

We highly recommend Svaras Roofing. Peter came out to quote the roofing and brought out samples multiple times. He and his crew were very professional during the installation and did a great job. After a long day, the crew cleaned up the debris until 9pm with lights. The job was done in the time frame Peter said it would take.

It is great to speak directly to an owner of a company like Peter because I knew from the reviews I could be confident he would address any problems in replacing my old roof! His knowledge of best practices was evident when we met to discuss the new roofs as well as in his quote. His experienced roofers and gutter installers did nice work and finished right on schedule. Clean up was great and they took care to protect my property. Peter contacted me to confirm details in advance and returned my calls every time. Thank you Peter and to everyone who did a very nice job exactly as quoted!

I own a property in McHenry County but live in Chicago. Peter Svaras did the estimate, got the permit, ordered my choice of products (manufacturer and color), and completed the work without me ever having to meet him at the property. The …

If you want a roofing company this is the only choice. The price was the fair and never pushed beyond what was needed. It is clear that roofs are what Svaras does and does them well. I called a total of 4 roofing contractors only Peter noticed how major my ventilation issue was and new it was such a problem told me it had to be fixed. His honesty will always be appreciated. I'm sure there are other good roofers in the area but Svaras will be the only one I will recommend.

I can’t say enough about how happy I am with my new roof! It is absolutely beautiful! Svaras Roofing put a new roof on my house 25 years ago and Peter did a great job then so why change a good thing?? Yet again, Peter was professional and …

I called four contractors to quote a new roof. I told all of them that I had some air circulation issues in the attic to fix. Peter was the only contractor to come inside and actually look in the attic. Everyone else just assumed they knew what was going on. I communicated directly with Peter, the owner, the whole time. Before, during, and after. His crew was timely and professional. I would hire Svaras Roofing again.

Savaras Roofing did a great job replacing decking where needed and new shingles. Their crew was on time and cleaned up both days before they left. Would highly recommend them. Jack and Kathy Fitzpatrick
