  Sorry we were not able to let you use a restroom. Our only rest rooms are connected to the shop floor and due to liability and insurance we are not permitted to allow

  I had a real little job and I needed something custom-made they didn’t wanna screw around with that because it was too small so they just told me they didn’t know how to make it which is absolutely 100% not true they just didn’t wanna screw around with a little job if you have a little job I would look for somebody that needs a customer

  I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I don't understand why this place has such a high rating. The guy on the phone wasted about 20 minutes of my time over the phone explaining to me the importance of getting the measurements just right before submitting them, I explained to him that my measurements were the best I could give based on my measuring tape I had and that I needed them to take their own measurements. He said, "We don't do that." I said, "Well that's an issue." He replied, "I'm not interested in doing it." So obviously this place refuses to be held responsible if the measurements are off. Judging by another reviewer, apparently getting the measurement off by 3/4 of an inch isn't all that uncommon.

  Mike, I am very sorry for your poor experience. We are a fabrication shop, and fabricate items to customer specs. We are unable to operate out in the field, measure, install etc. However, If we can help you in the future with any fabrication needs, we are more than willing and able.

  Keegan and J&J was great coming out and checking out my AC system. Keegan was so nice and really easy to talk to AND, new what he was talking about. I'll call them again for sure if I need them.

  J&J’s has always been helpful and friendly. They help you get you what you need. All that the big stores do is tell you which isle the stuff is in. I’ve dealt with J&J on and off for almost 40 years now

  Your S cleats are way too short for 24”, it should be 23.5.

  Good Evening, sorry the clears you received were a bit short. All our cleats are usually made a half inch smaller than the duct size. The ones you received may have got pulled from the wrong bin. We are more than willing to swap them out for new ones if you need. Thanks and take care.
