  Happy with the work but from the time they pulled into our driveway until the time they pulled out was exactly 40 minutes. $299 to replace 2 shingles and pound a few nails down. The $299 roof tune up is a good deal if you have a large roof that needs a lot of repairs but our roof is one story and needed very little. I emailed Paramount saying I think the price should have been adjusted but they ignored me and instead mailed us a receipt. *Update so I thought I'd give them another try because they have so many good reviews. I needed 1 shingle replaced on a rental property and some flashing repaired. The guy on the phone said, "just to let you know our minimum charge for a repair is $650. What??!! Needless to say I am done with Paramount Roofing for good.

  My neighbors had their roof done with paramount . They parked their debris truck in front of my house. Would have been ok if they cleaned up after but a dozen or more nails were left in front of my home where people park their cars . I have attached a photo. This is unacceptable .

  Hello Jennifer, I am so sorry you found nails in your yard, but I don’t understand why not call the office and we can make this right. My team is dedicated to 5 star service, someone would come out on a Sunday if that’s what it takes. We can make this right and come there and do a nail sweep with our magnets. I assure you no one left those nails on purpose, I’m assuming one of the guys tool bag accidentally spilled and they didn’t notice it, those are not roofing nails. If you would give us a call and we can take care of this. I believe we should be able to have the opportunity to make this right before our small business gets a one star review.   We had to chase them down to get them start the project that they agreed to take on of replacing our roof. It took 3 months for them to actually get started and then it took weeks to get done. With all this little to no contact or communication outside of them complaining to us about our insurance company. I really had no positive interactions with their customer service especially Melissa who was especially difficult and condescending. Then they sent us a cake in a cup like that was going to make up for the way they talked to and about us. So if you care about the work getting done quickly or if you care about good customer service don’t use them. I gave them a star only because our roof isn’t leaking and looks okay.

You contacted us in early March 2023, and your job was officially entered on 3/8/23. Our rep Matt visited the next day, 3/9/23, and identified storm-related damage. Rather than letting you move forward with paying out of pocket, we helped get your roof covered through insurance — saving you thousands of dollars. Here’s a quick timeline of your project: 3/21/23: Follow-up appointment with Matt and Seth 4/3/23: ITEL report returned 4/5/23: IRA (Insurance Restoration Authorization) signed 5/8/23: CMS (Construction Management Services) agreement signed 6/16/23: TIPS form signed 6/21/23: Final checklist completed 6/28/23: Roof installation started 7/2/23: Install photos uploaded We received multiple calls from your household — including ones where our staff were hung up on — despite our team actively communicating and working through each step. On 7/12/23, Melissa began reaching out to your insurance adjuster after learning the first check had been spent. Follow-ups were made on 7/25 and 7/31, and on 8/10, we sent an email showing the amount owed matched the insurance payout. Final payment was received on 8/23/23. It’s important to note that your claim of “having to chase us down” simply doesn’t reflect the documented facts. Nor does the statement that communication was lacking — our team was proactive, responsive, and professional throughout. Regarding Melissa, we stand behind her professionalism in managing a challenging billing situation with consistency and respect. Lastly, the “cake in a cup” you received was not meant as an apology but as a thank-you — something we send to all our customers as a small gesture of appreciation.   We made an appointment weeks in advance for a roofing estimate. I contacted the company the morning of the appointment to confirm we were on the schedule. Their representative confirmed the time and day. Well after we waited the entire window duration we were provided, their representative never showed. We were never called following their lack of professionalism. Very poor business practice!

  I am not sure how they operate this business. I called twice and talked to the receptionist and make an appointment for inspection but no body showed up or had a courtesy to call for rescheduling.

  Had an appointment scheduled for 2pm, 330pm comes around and I call them to see if they are still coming out. They say one of their people will be out and he will call me in 15 minutes...never called or heard back from them.

  A huge thank you to Paramount Roofing. You have restored our, almost 200 year old Historic farmhouse, and 3 out buildings, into things of beauty. The crew worked tirelessly in this awful heat and did a truly amazing job. They worked from early morning till dark every day. Joe, the project manager, was so friendly, and answered all of our questions. he was the first one here every morning and the last one to leave at night. All the while overseeing, and working with great percision, and pride. The whole crew did an excellent job, cleaning up every night before they left, and were a very nice group of men to have here. We are so happy, and thrilled the way our home , barn, garage and milk house turned out. We would highly recommend Paramont Roofing , with their work ethic, crasftmanship, and attention to detail, job well don!

  We had Paramount put a new roof and gutter guards on our house in the past. Today Joe n Eddie put new crown trim on that the storm took off. They were very professional and skilled at what they did. We are always happy with the work done and they never disappoint.

  Paramount Roofing just replaced my roof. The professionalism of this company is outstanding. From Peyton, Nick, and Philip, this is the trifecta you want to deal with when replacing your roof.
