  We’re sorry to hear that you feel this way about your experience. However, we do want to clarify the claims regarding the damage shown in the photos you provided. Based on the direction and appearance of the damaged wood in the images, the damage is coming from the exterior of the roof downward into the attic. The way the wood is pushed inward is consistent with force or damage originating from outside the home, not from work being performed inside the attic. Our crew was working from inside the attic in that area, and there would not have been a way for the work being performed from the interior to cause the wood to break inward in the manner shown. We take concerns about our workmanship seriously and have made efforts to address the issues brought to our attention. While we understand your frustration, we also have to be transparent when the evidence does not support the conclusion that our crew caused the damage. We stand behind our work and always strive to handle customer concerns professionally and fairly.

  I’m so surprised with these reviews - I had a terrible experience with this company. They took our money (cashed our check) and proceeded to dodge us / keep pushing our instal. Finally, after two months after our check was cashed they came and out to fix our roof - they completed instal but didn’t put on our new gutters. It’s been 6 weeks and we are still waiting on gutters…

  Hello C C, thank you for taking the time to review your experience with Exterior Renovations, LLC. I believe you're the daughter of our client, and I also believe that you may be confused due to the fact that we've never spoken directly with you. For scheduling purposes, and due to the shortage in the shingle color chosen, the job was pushed out. No one was ever dodging anybody. It was also in the contract, and spoken to your mother that she would pay for the gutters directly to the company that install them, upon completion of the gutters, due to the fact that we were short staffed. There is never an excuse for a bad encounter between the client/contractor. Our philosophy at Exterior Renovations, LLC is, "The customer is always right", and we DEEPLY APOLOGIZE for any inconveniences this caused you and your family.

  I did not use this business because it took two attempts to get a call back. Scott did come out to the house, but never followed through with an estimate. He was also supposed to send a link to an app to use to “try on” different color schemes/materials but I never heard from him. Be careful with this company.

  Lena, we apologize for the unsatisfactory experience with Exterior Renovations. I looked in our records and you were never scheduled for an appointment in the company calendar. I've consulted Scott on your behalf and its come to my attention, we missed the mark on this one. We strive for the best customer service, we answer the phones after hours and Scott has told me your orginal conversation was while he was grocery shopping around 9 pm. Being short staffed due to covid you were overlooked and we failed to submit your info into our schedule. Although, I did not understand your last words of "becareful with this company" as it gives me the sense of danger. As we made a mistake on our part, you were never in danger? Although your experience with us was not a good one, we greatly appreciate your feedback. We are working diligently to give our clients the best customer service and we will learn from this mistake and get better from here. We sincerely apologize!

  Reliable fast and affordable. These guys are my trusted go to after having them replace my gutters. I look forward to having a company that i can trust to help me with a few other projects needed.   Larry and his crew did an excellent job of building my Boardwalk. They were prompt, courteous, answered ALL of my questions and cleaned up!! Also built a house for my irrigation pump to match the Trex decking.

  Exterior Renovations did a great job with our roof. They were very thorough in the work and cleanup. Larry was great to work with because he did everything he said he would do and showed up on time whenever we were to meet. Jordan showed us options for our roof and came prepared with all the paperwork needed to get the project going.

  Having Exterior Renovations handle my storm damaged roof was one of the easiest decisions I ever made. The best way to describe Larry and his crew is that they know their kraft and they are professionals at what they do. My roof was very complex with many valley’s and gables.
