  Roof still leaking after returning to fix 2 issues still occurring that I was ensured would stop when new roof was complete. Hopefully, matters get resolved to prevent further damages after roof was up. See what Happens next.

  They do good work when they show up! They start a project then disappear and don’t return phone calls. Horrible business practice. What reputable company starts a roof, goes to another job before finishing your roof? Not one that you want to deal with again!! Beware!!!!!

  Thank you for letting others know our work is well done. Unfortunately, we are not able to complete a roofing project without the proper inspections after each component is completed which usually takes 1-3 days. We also need to wait until supply companies deliver the materials, before we return. Therefore, we must go to other jobs to keep our workers busy and our company in business. If you have any other issues please call and ask for the Office Manager so that I can be sure your issues are handled personally, since I cannot find your name in my database.

  They installed a metal roof on my home 11yrs ago since then I have had to call them twice for the same leak around a fireplace chimney flashing. I just called them again and was told about a week or less for someone to look at it. I called another company and they coated the entire flashing in less than 30 minutes.

  They came recommended but when you can't even get a call back after giving the person on the other end of the phone all your information then it's bad business. Unfortunately with someone else.

  Had them install a new shingle roof on our house and new flat roof on the adjoining porch 2 1/2 years ago. Since then when a heavy downpour occurs water starts entering our fireplace which is where the two roofs meet, and last week started pouring out of a spotlight in the living room in front of the fireplace. Over the last year they sent somone out a few times but the leak always returns when there is a heavy downpour. Now they no longer return my calls after the secretary says she will have someone call me back. The same thing happened to a friend of mine that I unfortunately referred them to. He ended up patching the leak himself. Reading some of the other reviews I should have used another roofing company. I will now have to get a estimate from someone else to repair what wasn't done correctly the first time and take legal action to recover the cost of the repairs. Not a way to do business. Update 5-30-19. Saint Lucie Roofing repaired the area of the leak that was done incorrectly by Taylor Roofing. Another $1500 later and finally no more leaks.

  I referred my mother's home to them for a replacement roof. Following completion of her roof, I have called them four different times over a 10 week period to request a roofing inspection on my home in Martin County. There has never been a return call from their Office. I have initiated every call and spoken with the receptionist each time who promised I would be contacted. Today she informed me that my "email needed to be corrected" and furthermore that rain had prevented them from calling me. Her response speaks for itself - I am only relieved that I did not enter a situation where I actually depended on them for services promised and paid for. When I asked her if she could improve on her response, she said that she could not. One red flag that I missed - they do not respond to negative reviews. Since posting my review J.A. Taylor Roofing has responded witht the statement: "We have few negative reviews and generally they are false. " They have yet to contact me to apologize or deny my description of their actions. Or phrased differently, their negative reviews may be generally false, but mine is absolutely true. ***** As you can see from their response below, they do not in any way deny my assertion.

  We contracted with JA Taylor Roofing in Jan. A 1/3 deposit was required at the time. Here we are 7 1/2 months later & NO work has been done. This company is highly unprofessional. I would NEVER use them.

  100% Recommend. They were professional, hard working, and cleaned up after themselves. The estimate was more than fair and they didn’t make us listen to an hour presentation before giving us the estimate. The office staff was very friendly and helpful when I called with questions and the workers were very respectful. I would definitely use them again.

  I recommend 100%. Prices are very reasonable. The company works fast and no mess left behind. Installers are professional and respectful. My only complaint was stains left on my driveway and they immediately listened to my concerns and paid to have driveway pressure cleaned. I am very happy I chose this company. 5 stars well deserved.

  Absolutely Impressive! Great finished product with customer support to match! JA Taylor came in as the lowest cost of numerous estimates, which made me a bit skeptical. After speaking to various tradesman in the area; I was assured quality wouldn't be a problem. On-site foreman answered numerous questions; work crews were totally professional. After the crew completed Clean -up, it is as if they were never here! I asked to save as much existing gutter as possible, 100% of gutter system is still here. Now I know why this company has been around for so long! If you want a professional job, you won't go wrong with Taylor!

  There's a reason why they been in business for so long. Very knowledgeable, answers all your questions, on time, reliable. I was told a certain day they will start and they met it. Only took a few days for the roof to get done. My wife and I are very happy with the metal roof. Thanks JA Taylor!!

  The metal roof looks great ! However the clean up crew did not do a great job. We have picked up several water bottles , caulk caps , empty caulk containers , shingles general trash and hundreds of nails and metal roof slivers that are very sharp. They actually sent a couple guys with magnets to get up some nails and I walked behind them with our magnet picking up nails . I guess I will just continue picking up nails myself for the next few months.

  My experience with J.A. Taylor Roofing was exceptional. The service was provided within the time frame they had given me, and the price was very reasonable. My new roof looks amazing and I highly recommend them to any home owners looking for a new roof.

  We had JA Taylor replace our shingle roof in Port St Lucie. Received an estimate promptly after contact. Once the paperwork was complete and I we delivered the initial payment there was a waiting period to get put on the schedule. We were notified beforehand and requested that the driveway to be clear for the dump trailer placement. The crew arrived on time as scheduled and after a short conversation with Alvaro the crew got to work laying out tarps and stripping the roof. They worked well as a team hard working everyone kept busy. They stripped completely and placed the new peal and stick underlayment. Once they completed that the area was cleaned up nicely. A few days went by awaiting inspection. I was notified that shingles were to be delivered and the driver requested my permission to put the boom truck on the driveway to place shingle bundles on the roof. The following day the crew returned and again were very busy and efficient but not cutting corners or rushing. They completed the shingle placement and penetration sealing for vents etc. 2 days of work and this crew had the job completed. They did a good job cleaning up incuding using a rolling magnet for nails etc. I spoke to the foreman Alvaro again befire they left and thanked him and the crew for doing a great job. I had observed JA Taylor doing our neighbors house behind ours but in metal and that crew was very efficient also and did a beautiful job. I spoke to my neighbor and he said he was very pleased with the job they did and highly recommended JA Taylor. I would not hesitate to recommend JA Taylor to anyone seeking a roofing contractor. They have been in business over 50 years locally

  Did a great job removing and replacing the shingles very clean and courteous I would recommend them they did such a great job cleaning up. They even cleaned all the gutters out. Amazing. Great job guys.
