  We called Dave for an estimate on June 28, and he came out the very next day\. We explained that we had been getting water spots on our ceiling, even though three different roofing companies over the past three years had told us there were no roof leaks and couldn’t determine the cause. Dave performed a thorough inspection and took the time to explain that the issue was related to ventilation. He was honest, answered all of our questions, and even encouraged us to get additional quotes before making a decision. That level of honesty gave us confidence that we were making the right choice. After completing the financing on July 14, the crew arrived the very next day. They installed our new roof in about 8 hours, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Dave explained exactly how the ventilation issues would be corrected, and the crew was efficient, professional, and did an excellent job cleaning up when they were finished. Our new roof looks amazing, and we’re so relieved to finally have the problem addressed after years of searching for answers. Great prices, a hardworking crew, honest service, and excellent communication! We highly recommend Dave and his team!

  I had a great experience working with ITM Exterior Solutions. From the start, they provided a quick response and were very accommodating when it came to scheduling a time for the appraisal, which I really appreciated. The pricing was fair, and the overall service was excellent.   Working with David and his sub crew was a breeze. The work is quality, exceeding the expectations of my dad, whom also owns a home remodeling business but does not live near me. His price was extremely fair and he was quick. There was no hang ups and the process went as smooth as possible. He was there the day of the roof replacement and came by the next to make sure everything was perfect! He checked on me and my husband, as well as our dogs, making sure we were doing okay in the house with the loud noises too! Superb work and customer service. 10/10 will be using this company again for future projects if needed!

  Where do I start! Davids team did an excellent job on my dad's home. He will not oversell you on things you don't need, and will take care of you every step of the way. He has taken care of everything my dad asked for on his home and is humble every step of the way. ITM Exterior solutions is my first call when it come to repairs on my home that I cannot do myself.
