  We wanted to go with them but they didn't get back after several calls so we went with a competitor

  Called them for a leak in the roof that was not repaired properly the first time and the second time they came back out they also decided to "fix" an additional hole that they saw up there but all they did was use a piece of metal to cover the hole! That piece had to be removed due to a pest control issue and we found that they never properly patched the hole underneath and all they did was cover it so if it rains it will still get under the piece of metal they used for their "patch up" and cause an even worse leak so now we're needing to go through someone else to get the roof fixed again. Absolutely horrible and will not be working with them again. Highly recommend you check your roof after they leave.

  We were very very happy with Ironhead! Our roof looks awesome! They communicated well every step of the job. David and his crew arrived on time everyday and did awesome cleanup. I would highly recommend them. Quality work and honest.

  From start to finish, Ironhead was fantastic to work with. They did a stellar job replacing our relatively complicated roof and 5 skylights in four days. We couldn’t be happier with the service that we received from David and his crew and the quality of the finished product. On a scale of 0-10, we would give them a 20! Ironhead excelled in every aspect from estimating the cost to cleaning up and doing quality checks. In the very few instances where something went wrong they went out of their way to make it right. Estimation: In comparison with other bidders, Jerry was the most professional. He didn’t try to oversell or undersell, he was exceptionally honest, thorough and thoughtful, and he did not try to pressure us into a quick decision. Scheduling: The office kept us well informed about the timing of the job. Initially we were told it would be done in late August, but later they informed that they could do it in early August if we preferred. They started on Wednesday, August 6, promptly at 7:30, and fished on Saturday. It took a little longer due to unanticipated issues with the skylights, but they still finished within the expected four days. David and his crew: I cannot say enough good things about them. Every one of them was friendly, courteous, hard-working, efficient, and very professional. Most importantly, they did excellent work. Clean-up: They thoroughly cleaned up every day before leaving! They were very careful not to leave any nails or staples behind. And when they spilt some tar on our new Trex deck, David spent 20 minutes or so using WD-40 to remove all traces of it. Skylights: The new skylights did not fit the same way as the old ones, requiring cutting back on the interior trim, and resulting in a little damage to the drywall. Not only did they repair and repaint the damaged drywall, but on 4 of the 5 skylights they went well beyond our expectations, replacing and rebuilding the entire interior framing and painting them to match the rest of t
