  Asked for a quote on repairs, they came looked at stuff and told me i'd receive a quote the next day, and never received anything still almost a week later and attempted to reach out twice and couldn't get ahold of anyone, hate it when my time gets wasted like this.

  I had my roof replaced by this company in 2022, and unfortunately, the experience has been disappointing. Within two years, some shingles came loose due to improper nailing. When I tried to contact them for repairs, it was nearly impossible to get a response—calls went unanswered, and only after sending an email did I finally receive a reply. They promised a repair date but didn’t show up. After following up again, they gave me a new date, but then came on a completely different day without notifying me. I only knew they’d been there because my neighbors saw them. Based on the lack of communication, reliability, and the quality of the initial work, I would not hire them again or recommend them to others.

  After canceling, rescheduling and waiting because they were late, their salesman finally showed up and inspected our reroofing job. He said they would work up a quote send it via email that day or the next. Four days later, nothing. I called twice since then and they promised that they would send a quote and a call back to verify that it was sent but they never did either one. If they are that unprofessional up front how can they be trusted with the job? We finally went with Domino roofing. Very professional!

  The owner called to make sure that the warranty work had finally been completed. It had at the end of August. Edited July 2024; Iron Shield does not respond to repeated phone calls for warranty work! This is very frustrating! I am changing my rating! Very courteous. Good explanations of work. Quick responses to questions. Thank You!

  Mike, guy doing your cold calls is unprofessional. Called multiple times in a single day so I finally answer and politely explain not interested. Half way through talking, he hung up on me without letting me finish my sentence. Wouldn’t do business with this company for this reason alone.

  On time service. Quality and excellent job. Friendly. Worked to help customers in anyway that the customer will be satisfied. Nik he is always available all time to keep the customers updated. Answering the the customers call. Very excelente when you are callig them to fix any isuue with warranty. They did good job. I recommend them.

  This was my first time dealing with an insurance claim and replacing a roof. Sebastian and team were super easy to work with and kept me very much in the loop. The work was done extremely promptly and done really well. Everyone that came out and worked on my house was very kind and went above and beyond! Extremely satisfied with Iron Shield, would recommend!

  Initial installation was fine. It's now a year later and I have a leak. Over the past 2.5 weeks I've consistently left messages with the person that answers the phone (stating no one is available to speak with me) and have had no response or contact from anyone at Iron Shield. After writing this review, I heard back from Iron Shield. They sent someone out and repaired the leak. The folks who do the work are good, the problem is it took a long time to get ahold of them. If they fix their response issue, they're ok.

  Cant thank Sebastian at Iron Shield roofing enough, had a real struggle with insurance, when i called he was out supplied all pics came out and had to explain to insurance that damage to our roof was more than just patch work on all 4 corners of our house , finally after insurance approved the Repair our roof, looks great and all gutters too , done quick , cleaned up behind them Highly recommend Iron Shield Roofing

  I worked with Nick who was great from start to finish! He helped walk me through the insurance adjuster process and kept me up-to-date on the product delivery and roofers coming. Even when there was a mix up on scheduling he was great communicating with me about it. The roofers did a great job on the roof it looks great and they did a good job cleaning up as much of the debris as possible. Taking a roof off is messy so I don't expect every scrap to get picked up. Nick came back and made sure all the nails were picked up out of the yard too. The cherry on top which made me chuckle was the fact the roofers put a new roof on my cat house!
