Horrible company! Did an awful job, would not a dress problems. Dod not replace plywood where needed, lied about it. Uneven rows, shingles not laying down, flap when the wind blows. They should not be licensed to do roofs.

Working with Interstate Roofing was a breeze from start to finish! We got very lucky when John Kirksey showed up at our door and made the entire process seamless. We have Statefarm insurance and getting anything approved is difficult and we had success on our first try! I owe it all to the attention to detail and knowing what they are doing! On the day of installation, we were extremely impressed with the step by step process and updated drone pictures throughout the day. We highly recommend them (and have to several people) but do yourself a favor and request John Kirksey to be your roof specialist. Thanks!

My experience with Interstate Roofing was a good one! My contact was Henry Mc Clain. He was very informative from the first day (and not pushy), through out the inspection , while working with the Insurance , to the very day the roof was replaced ….which I totally appreciated!! The work crew did a good job…. on schedule & very efficient. Glad to finally have a new roof !!!

Henry was an immaculate professional, assisted my family navigating our insurance carrier’s claims process, ensured our Insurance covered our complete roof replacement, & oversaw excellent work from the Interstate roofing crew. I’m deeply thankful for the care he and the broader Interstate team provided to me and my family.

I had a truly great experience with Carter from Interstate Roofing. He came to my house quickly, did a thorough inspection, helped me file a claim, and met with the adjusters. I would never have known that I had damage without him. It was …

All of the reviews are relatively the same for a reason. I can’t write enough about Interstate Roofing. I was initially hesitant to start the process, but mine is an older house and it was getting time for a roof replacement. After getting things squared away with the insurance company, Adonis and Zach did a phenomenal job of walking me through the process. They tell the absolute truth and provide a lot of different options for what can happen with your roof and in my case gutters. Easy guys to get a hold of. On the day of the installation, their crew came out very early, worked efficiently and left nothing (and I mean nothing in the yard for anyone to step on) . It was absolutely spotless when they finished. I received updates throughout the whole day and also when my gutters were replaced a few days later, the exact same professionalism was in place. Again, again, very pleased with the whole process as they took the stress out of everything. I highly recommend that you contact them if you have any roofing needs. Ask to work with Adonis Peek.

Can’t begin to say enough about how pleased I am with my new roof and dealings with Interstate Roofing! My sales rep in particular, Charlie, went above and beyond to make the process simple and worry-free and has been there through every step in the process: filing with insurance, overseeing the inspection with the adjuster, being on site with the work crew and available to answer all my questions. I am completely satisfied and highly recommend Interstate Roofing without any reservation. Normally, I am skeptical of unsolicited knocks on the door, but Charlie’s friendliness, professionalism and desire to help won me over. He was confident, knowledgeable and experienced enough to see that I had wind and hail damage. He won my trust from the get go. Again, highly recommend Interstate Roofing!
