We also want to address your update regarding the screen warranty. After reviewing the photos you shared of the screen and Marcelino visiting to evaluate, we let you know the damage appears to be caused by rodents, which unfortunately falls outside of warranty coverage. Items like screen panels that are torn or compromised due to external factors such as animals or damage caused by debris, such as pebbles being launched by lawn equipment aren’t something a screen warranty can cover. We completely understand how frustrating that situation can be and are always happy to help point you in the right direction for repairs if needed.   Terrible craftsman. Refused to return to fix after manufacturer of tiles told them it was installed incorrectly and not water tight. Bunches of bent and damaged tiles. They put a lien on my house . I had to hire an attorney to get them to come fix the roof. Look them up on YouTube and I am sure my video punch list will show up. Judge their quality yourself. $72k roof replacement. Direct Quote from Tilcor Representative “ I am particularly interested in the areas where the valleys and rake flashings terminate at the eaves. It appears that the entire top of the starter has been cut off to allow the flashings to drain. But doing it this way, it creates potential issues for water intrusion, with loose gaps. Sealant and caulk are not permanent solutions”.

Upon receiving your feedback, we promptly addressed your concerns and worked to resolve them satisfactorily. We brought the Tilcor Technical Director and Tilcor Florida Representative to do a full inspection with yourself, Marcelino, and Lorena, and the Technical Director approved our work. As you know, the manufacturer supported us and our work. I asked them to provide a drawing of the valley detail as you had lost all trust in our workmanship and we did not want to fix a valley and end up with your continued disatisfaction. Despite successfully resolving the initial issues to your satisfaction and your signed approval, further concerns were raised after we left your home, PLUS threats to not pay in full. In your own words, "I’m not going to pay the full amount like I previously discussed with you." We were prepared to address any additional concerns you had later brought up upon receipt of full payment, as per our standard procedure. I could not continue to attempt to make you happy in good faith after threats of nonpayment arose. After engaging in a legal process to reach a fair settlement, you agreed to pay in full, and we promptly attended to the outstanding matter, no problem. We value every customer's feedback and remain committed to upholding the highest standards of service excellence.   My roof started leaking after hurricane Milton. Frontline refused to pay. Lorena from International Roofing (a family company) found Cohen Law Group to take my case and secure a good settlement. I replaced the roof and lanai cage. International handled everything beautifully and made sure we were happy. Installation was fast and within budget for a large and difficult roof. I would definitely recommend International for anyone looking to do roof replacement or repair.
