  After watching them come through my neighborhood (which has a no soliciting sign) and toss their post cards out the window into yards, I decided I would never use them for any services. Most of the post cards stayed in yards until the next day when a storm came through and washed them away. Thank you for the litter.

  After the storm came through Sumter in 2011 they came through town like vultures looking for prey. After only 4 years, we had to call due to our homeowners insurance company was going to cancel our policy due to the poor quality of work. We asked to speak to someone in reference to the warranty of the roof. They kept saying they would call back when they can get to us. They never called and so we called back after 2 days. At this point, we were told that there is nothing they can do, they have no idea of when the owner will be in, the business manager, or anyone who can deal with this issue. As soon as I mentioned having to get an attorney, a miracle happened, Bobby their "quality control guy" was miraculously in the office. He then just repeated the same thing and then just hung up the phone. Issue was never resolved.

  7168.85 was my roof cost...now a little over 2 years and its leaking in my home ruining the sheetrock and i call them on monday morning and thursday is the soonest they can look at it...have already had someone take a look and it where the job was not performed properly...only 12 month warranty on a 7k roof...find you a good local company and use them instead

  We worked with James for a roof installation/replacement. He was extremely personable and communicative and kept me update throughout the entire process. This roof was for a BnB, so I wasn’t able to be on site often - James updated me on progress and made sure I knew what was going on. He coordinated with the city and handled everything professionally and timely. He was flexible in scheduling to support my BnB schedule - this really eliminated a lot of stress for this install. The roof looks great! Installation and clean up took one day and James personally returned to ensure everything was cleaned up and ready for my next guest. This was a great experience and I highly recommend their team!

  I recently noticed water damage on my ceiling revealing a small water leak. ICS came out very promptly to inspect my roof and recommend a repair plan. The price was extremely fair and the ICS team was extremely professional from the start. It is a locally owned and veteran owned business that I would absolutely use again and recommend to any of my friend and family. A+ service

  James and Noel with ICS arrived at our home in Ballentine on time, and quickly and efficiently addressed our concern. They very thoroughly checked our roof to determine the source of a leak following a very heavy downpour during a recent thunderstorm. After finding the source of the leak affecting the second story crawl space seeping to the ceiling of our first floor master, they fixed the problem successfully. It has not been a problem since, but they gave pertinent information and a potential solution should that become necessary . They both were very courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. We appreciated their expertise and the great job they did. We highly recommend ICS without reservation.

  I am extremely appreciative of the service and professionalism that was provided doing my roofing repair. James understood the urgency of my roof’s damages and scheduled me right away.   I needed some roof repairs and a friend recommended that I call James with International Construction Services Inc. I contacted James and he very quickly came out to my house, gave me a quote and scheduled the day of services. They were able to work me in within a few days. At the scheduled time Angel arrived, he was very professional and polite, and did the work. He was accompanied at times by James.It happened that there was some bad weather and Angel worked through it. I was very impressed with the quality and professionalism. I would highly recommend you guys.

  James and Angel came out to my house in Leesville to ensure my roof hadn’t started to leak again. I had my roof fixed 2 years ago and was seeing some questionable insulation in the attic that looked like it had been wet. They were very thorough in inspecting and came to the conclusion that there was no leak. I appreciate how quickly they were able to come out and the work they did. If I do have a future leak in the roof they will be my first call. Thank you!

  Great responses throughout the entire process. Frank was able to crawl into the attic, find the leak, and then find and repair on the roof. Took before and after photos to verify everything done properly. Highly recommend for roofing needs.
