I helped my mother hire Integrity to do roofing work. At first they seemed great but as they completed the job we found several issues that they had caused but were not willing to resolve. They were difficult to work with and rather rude and abrasive when questioned.

Called Integrity to adjust a gutter that was put back on at the incorrect pitch by another company. They were quick to respond to my call, and came out quickly. They were polite and were careful to get the gutter correct. They were also respectful about the landscaping and made sure things were clean. Thank you so much!!

Tom replaced an old leaky skylight that was 34 years old and then removed and replaced our aging shingles. Awesome results at a very fair price. Plus the workmanship and clean up around the house and landscaping was exceptional. 5 stars is not enough. We highly recommend Integrity Roofing in the Bloomington/Normal area.

Integrity Roofing was my supplier of choice to replace my hail-damaged roof. Every person with whom I worked was professional, punctual, well-trained and customer-service focused. Our project was completed as promised on time and on budget. The crew left the construction area clean and tidy everyday before leaving and their efficiency and work ethic was incredible. The roof looks perfect! Thank you Tom and team.

These guys were amazing! They worked quick to help me on a roof leak over the hvac system. They worked fast before the next rain and before the heat got bad again. Others saw the truck outside my house and would tell me those guys are really great! Highly recommend
