Put my roof on in December in a snow storm. No joke. Ended up having to come back out and glue shingles down because obviously they wouldn’t seal due to the weather. I even questioned them about it when all the supplies were dropped off and was told it would be fine.

I hope everything is sealed down. You have a 25 year Gold Pledge Warranty from GAF. It covers labor, materials and dump fees. It is also transferable to the next homeowner.

I'm looking at all these great reviews and wish I had the same experience as everyone else. I'm a new homeowner and contacted York adjusters from a personal referral in December 2022 and started off with Issac. Issac would not return calls, text or emails after the contract was signed. I eventually reached out to the Owner Brian who talked with me via phone couple of times but that didn't expedite anything. My job was reassigned to Mike who was very friendly and explained some things but I appreciated that he was finally responsive after calling and sending emails for 10 months and having 2 inspections and a replaced project lead. We were now in September and I started this process in December. They come out and get the job done in 1 day, great, but they left boards in my backyard, a few shingles left around the house and I see tar along the siding of the back roof of the house. A few weeks later my gutter guards are swinging because the wind is picking up and season is changing. I reached out as soon as the snow season ended to let them know that the the gutter guards are hanging off and my shingles are not flat. Mike quickly responds and request Agustine who managed the team to stop by. Agustine has an emergency but reschedules. When he comes out, he tells me they didn't touch the gutters so it's not on them which I'm confused by because the contract includes new drip edges that would impact the current gutter guards. After talking with Mike they agree to come out and replace the guards. It's been a week and I haven't received any follow up so I reach out and was told Sunday. Sunday comes and he has another emergency and states he will provide an ETA. I didn't receive an ETA and I'm awaken all night due to these swaying guards. I just want them to fully and correctly complete the job I paid for. I wish I had a 5 star experience like everyone else. I was hoping that once the job was completed I could leave a glowing review. For my first major home

Recently had storm damage and used Cupples Construction for our new roof installation. What an awesome company--so happy with our new roof. They were very professional and accommodating to our needs. We recently had new landscaping and the roofers took extra care around the new plantings. I would highly recommend Cupples!

I can’t praise Cupples construction enough. We had hail damage from a storm which started the process of getting the shingles replaced. The crew worked extremely hard to not only replace the shingles, but identified a few issues when the …

Brady, Sawyer, and Noah were pleasant to work with, detailed in their contract, meticulous with their inspections, and we discussed all aspects of this job including possible needed repairs once old roof was removed. They ended up having to replace the roof deck and gave us a fair estimate for that before work started. I highly recommend this company. Roof was done correctly and the workers did a fantastic job being careful with my newly planted flower beds, (We were not expecting a roof to be done this year, but the storms changed those plans).

This whole company was amazing to work with. I knew we were going to be in good hands from our first appointment. They never promised me anything with insurance and were very honest. If State Farm didn’t cover everything (which they did thanks to York) we would have hired cupples and paid out of pocket. It’s hard to trust all these companies and I 100% trust cupples roofing. Also they did NOT ask me to write a review. I know lots of roofing companies around here ask that.

I was thrilled with Cupple’s Construction installing a new roof, soffit’s & siding after I had major hail damage to my 19 year old roof. They worked miracles with my insurance company to get A great claim approved & got the best deal for me getting coverage , for even the skylight’s I thought I would have to pay out of pocket . Danny & Mac the project managers were superb , bending over backwards to appease all my request. They really got things rolling & sent a fantastic roofing crew of 8 to complete my house & garage roof in 1 day (completed in 13 hours) Ask for Jose & Alonzo’s crew ,as they are the best Cupple’s Construction has to offer. I even had Ed ,head of the Roofing Dept. Over seeing most of the days . They worked fast , were conscience, polite & very professional at their job , leaving my yard meticulously , even cleaning up in the dark. Only found a few nails . I was so impressed with their work ethics I bought them all a fried chicken dinner as a token of my gratitude. A beautiful job done. I had Max & Jax , their gutter & siding crew from “Cupples Construction,”come out a few weeks later to do some construction side work & impressed with their quality of work & so polite & helpful in everything I ask of them . Also efficient & quick with their work. I’m ecstatic with the job Cupple’s Construction did & highly recommend them for hire. A lot cheaper than the 3 other quotes I got

Brian Cupples and employees replaced my roof in August. After the hail storm he came to check for damage less than 30 mins. after I texted him to ask him to check my roof. I support Cupples Construction 100%. Bria. Truly cares about people!

Cupples Construction installed a brand new roof on our home in August 2024. Brian and the entire team did a professional job throughout the entire process: from the initial consult until the last final walkthrough. Cupples Construction explains everything thoroughly and keeps you updated on what's going on. They do quality work and clean up once the job is done. I highly recommend Cupples Construction for any roof installations.
